Part Time: Tuesday through Thursday (8am-6pm)
Children: 4 years old and 7 months old
Salary Offering: $15-$17/hour, Based on Experience
Note: Our oldest son has a peanut allergy, and we need someone who is alert about this

He also loves all things boy: star wars, transformers, building blocks, dinosaurs. He also loves games and puzzles. Our baby is the most relaxed baby we have ever met! He is perfectly content to do anything and eat anything! Truly, there is no other way to describe him! Just a very happy baby.
Position Description: Provide breakfast, lunch and dinner for the children. Drop off and pick up oldest at pre-school. Play with them, engage the baby, and take them outdoors whenever possible, even for a stroll in the neighborhood - we live on a cul-de-sac in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Read to them, do arts and crafts when you can. If the nanny can do any simple housework like laundry it would be HUGELY helpful for me. Also, if the nanny would like to stay for dinner, I want her to feel totally welcome. I want her to feel at home at house.

“Jean is an intelligent and motivated individual. Her dedication and care to my son at her Berks County day care job was beyond expectations. Ms. Lemon allowed my son to grow and become more independent. Some examples are making his bed, setting/clearing the table, verbalizing his thought instead of acting out and potty training. Her daily lessons were creative and educational so that each day my son would come home and let me know what he learned. My family feels extremely fortunate to have had Jean as my son’s Toddler teacher. My son was excited to go to the Child Learning Center each day and we felt so comfortable having our son in the care of Jean.

“Syble was able to keep up with our busy schedule and give our children the attention they needed while being easy to get along with. Although we only had Syble for a short time period due to our relocation, she was able to get along with everyone. She paid close attention to our children, which was important because we had a pool and the children frequently rode bikes and such in our neighborhood. She could easily make children’s meals and keep up after them when our children were a little messy. When we got busy with friends or work, Syble was able to run some errands for us. We were always pleased with her performance, which is not surprising because we were already impressed with her prior accomplishments at a Berks County day care job. She is a very friendly person who appreciates family and can keep a good handle on children.”

Some of her duties include supervision of children, helping children during homework time, creating and preparing projects and activities, preparing breakfast and snack, helping with organization, filing and fees.
