Each ABC berks Nanny Has
In need of a Berks County Summer Nanny? Families prefer our ABC Nannies like Kristen, who loves encouraging the children to choose activities that they enjoy.
“Most of my professional experience has been working with children as a Berks County Summer Nanny. I love working with children and would like to be a Nanny so that I can devote my time and efforts to working with a family on a personal level instead of through a school setting. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because I believe I would be able to make a greater difference in children’s lives without the politics associated with working in the public school system. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over five years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel the children are unique, surprising, encouraging, challenging, and deserving of the best. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes errands, light cooking and cleaning, etc. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am patient, caring, persistent, easy-going, and flexible. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include reading, homework help (if appropriate), and any activity that the children enjoy or that is requested by the family. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be able to communicate freely with me!”
“While I have only known Kristen since July of 2008, I have been extremely impressed with her work ethic, determination and discipline. Kristen currently teaches 5th grade. In my observations of her, I have witnessed a young teacher, whose skills reflect those of a veteran teacher. Her classroom management, an area most young teachers generally encounter difficulties, is exceptional. This is a result of a passion for her subject matter and a genuine concern for her students. This passion and concern is contagious and manifests itself in a comparable enthusiasm on the part of her students. Her students have become comfortable with the routine of working bell to bell. They come prepared and ready to work. In our classroom Kristen demonstrates exceptional communication skills, both oral and written. Her students enjoy her classroom activities as evidenced by their active participation and her rapport with students is evident in the comfort level demonstrated by those students. It is evident that the students have bonded with Kristen and return the respect to her that she has demonstrated to them. While I am enormously impressed with her academic and professional achievements, what really defines Kristen is her character, morality and high ideals. She is extremely family-oriented! I highly recommend her as a Berks County Summer Nanny!”
“Kristen has a wonderful work ethic! She remains upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic as a Berks County Summer Nanny even in the most difficult situation. She has taught children with learning disabilities and touched every student in her care. She is trustworthy and professional! Any family would be lucky to have Kristen with them!”
