Families love our Nannies with experience as a Center City Mothers Helper, like Ariana, who encourages children to dance, laugh, and play games.

“I am a very outgoing and happy Center City Mothers Helper! I always try and find the best in any situation and try to make people around me happy. I have always loved working with and being around children! I feel working in a child’s natural and most comfortable element is a very important part of development. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because I am able to work one on one with children, so they get more quality time and the attention they need and deserve. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over four years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel the children are very important and my main concern at all times. My goal as a Nanny is to make the family I care for very happy! I am willing to do housekeeping that includes straightening up after the child and preparing meals. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include arts and crafts, dancing, and games. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be happy and loving. I would hope they would be open from what they expect from me and need from me so I can provide them with the best childcare possible!”

“Ariana was employed as a teacher at the Learning Center for over two years. During that time, she demonstrated professionalism and excellent communication skills with co-workers, parents, and the children in her care. She created a warm and nurturing classroom environment that was conducive to learning. Ariana proved to be a reliable and valued member of our staff, and was always looking to improve the quality of her job performance! One example of this is when she obtained her CDA to enhance her teaching qualifications. She is sure to be an asset to you as a Center City Mothers Helper!”

“Ariana was our son’s lead teacher when he was twenty months old. He began in Ariana’s class one month after we welcomed our second child into the family. Her daily reports were always detailed regarding our son's behavior, and we were all able to work together to help him transition through the growing pains of accepting his new brother and making new friends in class. This was quite a task! We were especially impressed with the level of reflection and detail that was included in our son's progress report at a parent-teacher conference. Every day, our son came home speaking new words, sang new songs, and read new books. Ariana's reports always detail the books they were reading and the songs they were singing in circle, the projects they completed in art, etc. Ariana's classroom was fantastic. She posted current student artwork throughout. Our son’s cubby was not only labeled, but also personalized with his photograph. In addition, Ariana requested family photographs to create a decoupage poster for all of her students. This way, when our son was having a sensitive streak, he was brought to his poster to look at family photos and be calmed. Before classroom parties, Ariana made sure that a list is posted for parents who might wish to volunteer to bring refreshments. For example, the week before Valentine’s Day, she posted a list and included a class roster in each student’s mailbox in the event that we wanted our children to send valentines. The day of our son’s birthday party, I brought in a game from his home birthday party and suggested that the class might like to play it. She worked it into her lessons for the day, and of course, we were grateful to her for doing so. Ariana works beautifully with anyone, and her level of energy is commendable! I most certainly recommend her to any family as a Center City Mothers Helper!”
