Does the atmosphere of a Delaware County Administrative Job get overwhelming? Positions like the one above abound in the Nanny profession. Your positive outlook is a perfect match in the nanny industry! The reviews below highlight how satisfied parents are with nannies that have backgrounds like yours:

“Ann is an excellent choice for a nanny! She will always put the needs of the children first. She is used to interacting with people from her prior administrative job in Delaware County. She is dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing and educational experience for children of all ages. I worked as Ann's director for almost two years. From the beginning, it was clear that her heart was really with working with children and families. She can bring a lot of great ideas to a family. Ann was always willing to help, work with new people, and was a great team player. I learned a lot from working with Ann!”

“Nancy was an excellent nanny for our family. We hired her from her prior administrative job in Delaware County. From the references we reviewed, we saw that Nancy was flexible and often worked overtime to ensure needs were met. She demonstrated openness to new ideas and professional growth at all time. Nancy is now dedicated to providing quality care for young children. Her interactions with the children of all ages in her care are exemplary. She communicates directly with children on their level, guiding them to engage in activities and to interact with each other. Nancy practices positive discipline and models appropriate behavior. She is knowledgeable regarding infant and toddler development and even planned an emergent curriculum for the children based on careful observation of the children. She ensured that she communicated daily with us as parents to share information about our children’s development and activities. She created documentation and beautiful portfolios for the children to help make learning fun. She was readily available to discuss any concerns that were shared. Nancy would be an asset to any family! I strongly recommend her for a nanny position!”

“Alison and I met when we were working at a Delaware County administrative job. She was responsible for assisting full time staff with the implementation of structured program and community activities. Alison was able to run activity groups that were fun as well as educational. She would work the client’s interests into the day, which helped to keep them engaged. I know that she will bring this same enthusiasm into the nanny profession. She had a very patient, easygoing style to which the children responded. Overall, I was continuously impressed with Alison's interactions with both clients, as well as children. Alison was a role model to other employees for participant advocacy and for providing quality services with dignity and respect. She is a mature individual who has demonstrated the ability to remain calm and focused in a hectic, fast paced work environment. During her time with us, Alison demonstrated that she was a quick study and was able to incorporate knowledge from past work experiences into the activities that she was conducting. Alison is well spoken, intelligent and is ready to make the leap into the nanny profession!”

“From the time I met her at an office position, I knew that Belinda’s knowledge of infant and early childhood education was extensive! She knows how to create environments and activities for children that are fun, engaging, age appropriate and educational. She has a true and deep love of children. Belinda was both a co-worker and a friend. At work she was responsible, knowledgeable, and very much a team player. She truly cared about the people she worked with. She would go above and beyond the call of duty to help out co-workers. As a friend, she was fun and honest. I knew I could always count on Belinda if there was a problem, as well as get honest advice. Belinda taught me, as well as many of our co-workers a lot about childcare, and she really made working in an administrative role more interesting.”

“I am writing this recommendation in support of Daphne, as it is our sincere belief that she is eminently qualified to be a caretaker of children. Daphe demonstrated to us time and time again she is an excellent communicator in her administrative job in Delaware County. In our opinion she is the perfect model for a caretaker of children. She is a highly dedicated professional who knows the subtleties of caring for a child; as well she embodies the essentials of a nurturer. Daphne has a wonderful rapport with people of all ages, especially children! Her ability to connect with her students and her talent at teaching simple concepts, as well as more advanced topics, are both truly superior. In spite of these formidable gifts, she is a humble and approachable person who loves to share her extensive knowledge with others, especially children. She will be able to provide fun and educational activities for the children. Due to her friendly demeanor, I would frequently ask her to care for my children if my husband and I went out in the evening. Often my husband and I returned to find drawings, paintings or small craft projects that our child made with Daphne’s patient assistance. We have found Daphne’s unselfish and diligent care of our child a true blessing and confidently recommend her to you!”
