Franklin County Nanny Lisa is a very enthusiastic and hardworking caregiver who loves children!

“I am a very family and child-oriented person! I have made it my life’s work to help children. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because I truly love to work with children. I have been serving as a Franklin County Nanny for over 5 years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel the children are exciting and interesting. You never know what they are going to say or do! My goal as a nanny represented by this Greencastle Nanny Agency is to help the children succeed in their lives. I am more than willing to help with homework or take them to their activities. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes laundry, cooking, and light cleaning. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am energetic, organized, loving, fun loving, and motivated. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include education time (homework or learning), play time (outside if possible), and weekly outings (parks, museums, etc.). If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be loving and fun!”

“It is with heartfelt enthusiasm that I support of Lisa! I have been lucky enough to work with her in the Youth Theater and feel that she is a wonderful educator! Lisa is a Franklin County Nanny that has an easy rapport with the children and is able to combine behavioral control with a joy of learning. She has also developed a good, cooperative relationship with the theater's older adult staff and interacted respectfully, confidently, and professionally with them even though she is several years their junior. Lisa is an active participant in our group and is always eager to pitch in wherever needed. When Lisa works with the children to learn a new dance, she is able to blend active learning with an enthusiasm that is contagious! She encourages the students to do their best and helps them celebrate their achievements. It is amazing to watch her direct as many as 60 children together on the stage and not only hold their attention, but end up with a wonderful dance! As her co-choreographer, what I appreciated most about Lisa is the how easy it is to work with her. If a teacher wants to be great, she or he needs to be willing to seek out help and try new ideas, even if she has been teaching for a long time. Lisa was not only willing to take me on as a new choreographer to the group, but actively sought out my input into our dances. As a teacher of many decades, I know that a good teacher is open to new thoughts and new experiences. This is Lisa! I believe that willingness to work cooperatively with colleagues is a sign of a teacher who is going to be open to share the best with her students! Please take this as my highest possible recommendation: I would ask Lisa to care for my children anytime!”

“I have known Lisa for the past fifteen years. I met her when she was recruited to be an orphan for the Summer Youth Theatre production of "Annie". The youth theatre was in the first year of its summer workshop, and there were not enough children registered to perform a show. A call went out for anyone interested in becoming an orphan for "Annie", and Lisa begged her family to permit her to participate. She was in first grade; two years before she would become eligible for the program! That was her first commitment to the youth theatre, and to this day, she remains a vital part of our theatre community. What I have learned was that as a Franklin County Nanny, Lisa approached all of her challenges in a thorough and competent manner. She has worked, and continues to work, exceptionally hard in all aspects of the theatre experience. After she became too old to be in the cast of our shows (eighth grade). She took the positions of student assistant to the director, assistant choreographer, and now her present position of choreographer. She has also worked on the tech. crew and many committees. Lisa continues to work extremely well with all the student cast members in her charge, and she is respected by all of the adults with whom she interacts. I was also fortunate to have Lisa in my third grade class. She approached her school assignments with enthusiasm and would assist her fellow classmates when requested to do so. She was and is Compassionate and caring, thus endearing her to those she supervises. As a teacher, I have observed the way Lisa approaches her commitments. Lisa from the Greencastle Nanny Agency works consistently to make sure her performance level is the best it can be. She requires excellence of herself. Her ability to always give the best of herself and to work tirelessly towards that goal is what will make her successful in whatever undertaking she chooses, I have been very privileged to have worked with Lisa and also to have known such a fine young lady. It has been wonderful watching her blossom as an outstanding leader and a beautiful person! I know she will be an extraordinary asset to any family!”

“Lisa served as an intern for the School District's Summer Band program while I was a staff member. Additionally, she has been in contact with me on numerous occasions for feedback on situations, suggestions for performance literature, and has come to observe me teach. Lisa has impressed me as being a very conscientious individual who is willing to take all steps necessary to achieve. At the summer program, she was always willing to assist in any way needed, even when it involved going beyond her expected call of duty. While teaching the students, whether in a small lesson group or large band rehearsal, Lisa was clear with her expectations and at the same time helped make the experience enjoyable for the students. She was well liked and respected by all families who interviewed her from this Greencastle Nanny Agency. I am pleased to recommend her as a Franklin County Nanny without reservation!”

“Lisa and I are both teachers, and we would often swap experiences with our students and exchange strategies on assisting children. I have observed her interacting with children in my family and she has a very warm and loving manner. She is extremely creative and uses her skills with the children! As a Franklin County Nanny, Lisa has a wonderful work ethic. She would be a wonderful addition to any family looking for a warm and hardworking Nanny!”
