Parents are always searching for people with a background from a Lehigh County Education job because they know their children will be in very capable hands! Please feel free to read the following beaming reviews given by people who have worked with educators just like you!

“Prior to becoming such a key member of our academic team, Sylvie had a Lehigh County Education job. When she came to us, Sylvie was extremely helpful in our program working with inner city youth who needed both academic help and mentoring. She addressed personal issues with children and helped them work through whatever issues they brought up in our program. She was tough on them when she needed to be to push the students to achieve more, but was kind and understanding during this process. I have come in contact with a lot of people in my life who have been of great inspiration to me. Of all of them, the ones that have stood out other than direct family members are my teachers and coaches. Those people made me feel important and made me feel like they understood or at least attempted to understand and pay attention to my needs. There is no value you can place on giving attention to child and making him or her feel important. This is what gains trust. Sylvie has all of these qualities and I hope you will give her the opportunity to showcase her talents!”

“My experience with the Marla was a great one! She is a reliable worker and was very good with my daughter. She kept her engaged when I could not be there. My daughter enjoyed her company and all the fun activities that they did! Marla fulfilled her job requirements and duties more than expected. She interacted with my daughter and engaged in meaningful activities with my child such as reading, coloring, and going to the park. In fact, when my child was having trouble with her reading skills, Marla’s experience from a Lehigh County Education Job shined right through! She also did light duties such as child’s laundry, healthy meal preparation, dishes and dusting. Marla is a very trustworthy and dedicated person, and I most definitely recommend her for a nanny position!”

“During the time that I have worked with Megan, she was highly motivated to provide a classroom atmosphere of active hands on learning through her Lehigh County Education job. She used graphic visuals to show her students the progress that they have made, manipulatives during her math lessons, and enthusiastic modeling for test taking and social situations. She adapted her approach in reading to meet the needs of her individual students. Megan's knowledge of technology was also an asset. She used it to track the students' progress which also helped guide her teaching. Megan has many strengths, including enthusiasm, empathy, flexibility and organization. She had great empathy for her students and it shows by the way they connected with her. Some of the most important qualities for a special education teacher are flexibility and organization. Megan was flexible with students and other teachers. I saw her change plans immediately because of schedule changes or implement a different approach to teach a concept. Her paper work was always done in a timely and organized way. Megan would be an asset to you, and I highly recommend her!”

“Bethany was an active teacher in her quest to work diligently with small groups of third grade students in reading and various language arts subject areas. She planned and implemented lessons for small groups of students requiring learning support in reading. She was particularly focused on instructing and supporting students with fluency and comprehension needs. In addition to her invaluable reading instruction, she also supported students with writing assignments. She worked individually with students, as well as instructing small groups, to support student efforts to be independent readers, writers, and thinkers. While teaching, Bethany especially demonstrated a great deal of flexibility in her personal teaching style. She was pleasant, hardworking, and always willing to "go the extra mile" to help students in her care. She adapted her schedule willingly to accommodate the needs of students as they strive to manage responsibilities as learners in a regular classroom setting. She teaches, she supports, and she encourages students to be the best they can be. Bethany was a pleasure to work with in every way in her Lehigh County Education job. She enjoys working with children. She has much to offer children in any childcare capacity!”

“Lynn was a learning support teacher in one of her many roles she played at this Lehigh County Education job. During her time with us, Lynn has carried out her professional responsibilities of being a learning support teacher with a caseload of 10 students. Those responsibilities included, but were not isolated to, writing and carrying out IEPs, using data to drive instruction, co-teaching, and meeting the academic needs of her students. During her time with the school, Lynn developed a positive rapport with her students, parents, and fellow coworkers. She was extremely conscientious about her data and paperwork responsibilities. Lynn is a hard worker and I highly recommend her.”
