If you currently have a Lehigh County live-in nanny job and would like to continue to make such a magnanimous impact on a family’s lives, a position with our agency is just what you need! Below are just a few of the many reviews given to our agency that show just how much your experience means to the families you care for!

“Fay took care of my two adopted sons for six years, until they were 12 years old and 7 years old. She lived with us for the first three years, and then moved into her own apartment. Fay worked for our next-door neighbors before she came to us at another Lehigh County live-in nanny job and was very involved with my children. When we started looking for a nanny, my older son asked, "Can we please get someone like Fay?" Luckily for us, her family moved soon after that and we inherited her! Fay is a pleasure to have around. She is warm, friendly, outgoing, honest, never moody, and gets along with everyone. She is very playful and affectionate with the children and they truly love her. At the same time, she has no trouble setting limits and sticking to them. She is clear in her expectations and calmly but firmly gets my boys to comply. Fay's duties were limited to taking care of the children. She was responsible for their laundry, organizing their rooms, helping them clean up their toys and structuring homework time. She was very organized and cheerfully followed any instructions I left for her. A major responsibility was to drive the children long distances to school, after-school activities, etc. She is an excellent driver, and I was always confident that my children were safe with her! I recommend Fay without reservation. A change in our family circumstances meant that I needed a nanny to live-in; this is the only reason that Fay was no longer needed. The family she will work for is a lucky one!”

“We have had the pleasure of knowing Tina for five years. She cared for our two boys until they were ages 8 years old and 10 years old. Tina is a wonderful person, always in a good mood, very optimistic and positive! She has much experience in childcare from her previous Lehigh County live-in nanny job, and is completely able to handle any situation that may arise. She is a hard worker, a compassionate woman, and our children loved her! We highly recommend her to your family!”

“Martina was our nanny for three years, and did an excellent job! She cared for our children until they were 7 years old, 6 years old, and 1 year old. We moved to Seattle, and tried hard to persuade her to come with us. But she wanted to say in New Jersey, and so another family was lucky enough to employ her! We trusted Martina completely with the children! She drove them daily and stayed with them for several days while we were both out of town. She is careful and reliable. She has been great about initiating play dates, and taking the children to interesting places (which proved harder when we had another baby). She is organized, and always got the children to where they are supposed to be (and remembers to pick them up). She kept the kitchen neat, and did our laundry, always with care. Although it is not her native language, she knows English quite well, and certainly well enough to communicate clearly in an emergency, read directions or signs, and read books to the children. We recommend her highly because we know she can handle a multitude of situations with finesse because she had already had a Lehigh County live-in nanny job before coming to our family!”

“I have known Ebony for two years, and I have observed her to be among the best caregivers that I have seen! The son of the family for whom she has been a nanny until recently, and my daughter, started preschool together. Through that year, I saw her two days per week, at school pick-up and drop-off, and found her to be a friendly and dependable caregiver! She also managed the son’s younger sister (then one year old) very well. This year, the daughter of that same family has been attending preschool with my son. Therefore, again I have seen her two days per week, at school pick-up and drop-off, and have enjoyed getting to know her better. Always on time and dependable, Ebony seems to have had a nurturing relationship with these two children, whom I would describe as well behaved and happy! Through the last two and a half years, Ebony and I also have run into each other occasionally at the playground. Again, on all occasions I have observed her to be a caring nanny who provided these children with love and support at her Lehigh County live-in nanny job, as well as some direction as to how they should behave towards other children (a quality that I have noticed is lacking in other caregivers whom I have observed). Overall, I highly recommend Ebony as a nanny and would employ her myself if I required full-time care for my children!”

“Nadia was our nanny for over three years. She was nothing but loving and caring to our two children! The children loved her as much as she loved them! It was with heavy hearts that we had to let her go, and the only reason we did was because we moved out of the area! We tried to have her come with us to continue on as part of our family in this Lehigh County live-in nanny job, but she could not stay! She took very good care of all childcare responsibilities, including the children's laundry, the children's meals, cleaning up after the children, being proactive about making play dates, making sure they get to all of their various activities on time (with plenty of time, I might add), etc. I trust her completely with both of my children!”
