I have been working with children for about five years and I realized that it is something I have a gift for! I’m very positive and have plenty of patience; with a family of my own I fully understand the importance of it! If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because the joy and reward in helping a family grow is beyond measure! I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 5 years and can honestly say I love and enjoy what I do! I feel the children are the reason for making the job worthwhile. They are special in each and every way! My goal as a Nanny is to build good working relationships with both children and adults. This includes being able to give respect and understanding to all children and their families, whatever their cultural background as well as providing all the care and patience the children will need. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes laundry and clean up after the children. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am caring, motivated, patient, understanding and outgoing. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include art! I believe that incorporating this in a child’s daily plan will open their minds to new things. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Lehigh County Nanny like me I would hope they would be full of positive energy, outgoing, open-minded, understanding, and caring!
