Working with a multitude of children in a small classroom in a Main Line daycare job is a daunting task for anyone. Improve your days and develop the strongest bond with a family by applying to become a nanny today! Families below emphasize their pleasure in hiring nannies of your caliber:

“Adrianne absolutely fulfilled all her job requirements! She was always a joy to work with at our Main Line daycare job! Her children adored her and even after they were no longer in her class they always asked about her and wanted to see her! She provided all the children in her class with a positive, nurturing environment. I am so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Adrianne! Every day she came into work with a smile on her face. Even on days when the children were extra cranky, her positive attitude always made her coworkers feel better, and it absolutely made the children feel better. Working with Adrianne taught me many things. I have seen her comfort children who missed their parents and I have seen her accomplish seemingly impossible tasks, such as teaching two year olds to share their favorite toys. I am so sad that I no longer get to work with her, but any family fortunate enough to get Adrianne will certainly be blessed to have such a wonderful person caring for their children!”

“Doreen went beyond her job duties! She was hard working, committed, creative, and just showed so much love for the children we worked with every day! She was very dependable and would always stay late or come in early to our Main Line daycare job if asked. Doreen came into work every day showing genuine love for children! She was always on time and ready to teach. Having multiple two-year olds in one room is not an easy task, yet Doreen always had a positive attitude! She would find a special trait in each and every child and was loved by children and parents. If I had a child of my own Doreen would be the first person I would call for a nanny position!”

“Zora was supervised by the classroom teachers. She led the morning group activities with her assistant. Both positions required a tremendous amount of responsibility, planning and engaging adult/child interactions! Zora fulfilled her responsibilities while being enthusiastic and engaging with the children in her care! She could be counted on to make good decisions and performed well during emergency situations. Based on her classroom performance and evaluations made by her supervising teachers as well as her camp supervisors in her Main Line daycare job, I am happy to write this recommendation letter on her behalf. While completing her coursework, Zora demonstrated a strong aptitude for working with young children. Her interactions with the children were enthusiastic and positive! She is a hard-working, self-starter who invariably understood exactly what a project was all about from the outset. Part of her coursework involved writing lesson plans to carry out with the children and her plans reflected a strong understanding of the interests and developmental levels of the children in her care. Often, Zora took the initiative to redirect small groups of children based on her observations of their needs at that moment. She planned and implemented a range of creative enrichment activities for our summer camp children to engage in. Zora easily transitioned from working with preschoolers to working with young school-agers and successfully addressed the needs of the older group. She is a resourceful, creative, and solution-oriented person who frequently came up with new and innovative approaches to daily classroom and camp activities and challenging situations! Zora was sensitive to the many needs of the children in her care beyond the traditional “academics” and could frequently be found engaging the children in interesting activities and spontaneous conversations. On the interpersonal side, Zora has excellent written and verbal communication skills! She gets along extremely well with the staff members as well as her fellow fieldwork student peers. Another aspect of the course involved working with a group of students and examining the classroom quality and effectiveness. Zora worked well within the group and her input into the project was extensive and valuable. Additionally, while completing her developmental profile for one of the children in her assigned group, she demonstrated a keen ability for observing and recording pertinent information regarding the education and development of a preschooler. In closing, as detailed above, based on my experience supervising her, I am happy to recommend Zora to your family!”

“Working with Angelica in the same classroom for two years, I found that she did an excellent job fulfilling all of her requirements! She is very hard working, organized, creative and nurturing. She always did her best to do all that she could for the teacher she was working with and was always prepared with her own lessons to supplement what the teacher was working on; especially for aftercare. She is very open-minded to others ideas and is always offering a helping hand. Angelica is always educating herself and keeping herself up to date with what is new in education. She cares very much for the children and is concerned for their well-being. Angelica is the type of person you would want in your classroom and the type of person you would feel most confident and safe to have in your child’s life! I was fortunate enough to work with Angelica at a Main Line daycare job for two years. We worked in the same classroom for the first year and we worked together in aftercare for the second year. Angelica was very patient and nurturing with every child. She was well prepared to take over the classroom when necessary and showed her creativity in turning every activity into a fun learning experience. I learned a lot from Angelica and she was always open to sharing her ideas as well as being receptive towards others ideas.”
