Every one of the candidates that came to my home for an interview were very sensitive to a first time mother’s fear if leaving her newborn baby. “I began my search for a nanny the day I arrived at my child’s daycare and witnessed the teacher struggling to keep a group of probably 20 children outside on the playground. I was completely horrified when I saw a 3 year old getting bitten by another child! How can one teacher possibly have a close eye on every one of the 20 children running around and playing outside on the playground equipment? I removed my children from that daycare that very day!
