“I really thought when I started interviewing Nannies it would take weeks to weed out the good Nannies, but I was so pleased to find that ABC Nanny Source only sent qualified candidates who were professional and experienced. We chose our Nanny the same week we registered and she has been wonderful! The hardest part of the process was deciding between the great candidates!”

"I am a very sweet, outgoing person who loves children and have worked with them over the years. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other if would have to be because I love children. My goal as a Nanny is to have a great relationship with the children I will be with."

"I enjoy working with children! If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other if would have to be because I can give each child my undivided attention. When I was a teacher I couldn’t do that cause there was too many children in the classroom. I feel that the children feel more secure and can learn better in small groups. I have been serving in childcare for over four years and can honestly say I enjoy what I do! My goal as a Nanny is to love the children, teach them new and exciting things, and learn more about how they are motivated and grow over time. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am caring, consistent, energetic, intelligent and resourceful. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include time for books where we alternate between reading done by me and reading by the children. I would also include times of rhythm and movement and arts and crafts projects depending on the age of the children and local trips to the zoo and library. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be able to trust me with their children and see me as being part of their family!"

"I am a highly motivated and goal-oriented person! I have a close-knit family and love spending time with them! I have a 9-year-old sister at home and can fully understand how important it is to find the right childcare provider. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other if would have to be because children provide me with great joy and a sense of purpose! I have been serving in some form of childcare for over ten years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel children are each unique and special. I love getting to know them as individuals and understanding them separate from their siblings or peers. My goal as a Nanny is to provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for the children in my care - and have fun while doing it! If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am happy, caring, warm, responsible, and proactive. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include engaging children in outdoor play, art activities, reading and puzzles/games. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be fun, outgoing and see me as a part of the family!"

"I have always found myself working with children through different paths of my life. I am a quiet and caring individual! You could find me either watching a movie, having a catch, assisting with homework, or with children anywhere in between. I have lots of energy, but know when to have some quite time. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Elementary Education, part time. My career goal in life is to educate children both in content and in life so that they may be well rounded. While I am pursuing this path, I wish to work with children simply because that is what I love to do! Working with children is something I have always done, and would love to continue to do. Although I have enjoyed working with children in various settings I believe children are most comfortable in their home and not in a structured setting with several other children. I have been serving in some form of childcare for over ten years and can honestly say I enjoy what I do! I feel children are to have fun, learn, and need comfort and caring. I believe these are a few fundamental elements for children to grow and prosper. My goal as a Nanny is to allow children to have fun, but also instill morals and manners. I wish to help a parent or parents reinforce the ethics and values they feel important for their children to have. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes meal preparations, vacuuming, dusting, straightening up, and tending to animals, laundry, bathing, diaper or 'accidents' change, and other similar duties. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include play or fun time, homework or tutoring, physical activity, story time, possible nap time, clean up, and any activities per a parent request!"

"I am a loving, social person who is detail and goal oriented! I am very fun and easy going! I love doing art projects with children and being creative. I had a Nanny as a child that I was very close with. My Nanny played an important role in my childhood. I would love to be able to play that role in children’s lives! I love to devote all of my time and attention to children. I have been in childcare for over 1.5 years and can honestly say I enjoy what I do! I feel children are sponges and are looking for love, attention, and guidance. As a Nanny, my goal is to respect the wishes, cares and concerns of the family, as well as really connecting with the child. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am creative, friendly, positive, patient, and funny! Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include educational activities, art of some sort, imaginative play, verbal conversation, story time, and quiet time. I would like to work for a family that is friendly, open minded, accepting and loving! I am a very understanding, easy-going person and am looking for the same in a family!"

"I am an outgoing, open-minded, friendly, reliable, responsible individual who seeks a change of pace from teaching. With this change I do not want to stray away from working with children in any capacity. I previously was a nanny and truly loved it, and I still have a relationship with the family that I cared for! I want to build a strong foundation with the children and the parents. I have been serving childcare for over 10 years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel children are little seeds, which need to be nurtured, in a positive and educational way. My goal as a Nanny is to give love, and make sure that the children have a stable routine. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes children's laundry, tidying up the playroom, and family errands. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am loving, outgoing, hardworking, friendly and reliable. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be friendly, down to earth, great communicators and full of love! Thanks to all the families considering my profile!"

"I adore children! I have always helped out with children since my sister became a single mother, and I was only eight at the time. I became like a second mother to my nephew, especially during my high school years. I watched him everyday after school, and when my sister traveled for work for up to two weeks at a time, I took care of my nephew full time. Now I am married, and my husband has a son. I consider myself a pretty good stepmother, and my stepson and I get along very well. I make it a point to do things as a family, play board games, go to the park, eat dinner together etc…. I love children! I would like to get into a career that allows me to work with children, as childcare is something I enjoy, as well as something I am good at. I love children, and the easiest job to do is one that you love. I have been serving in some form of childcare for over twelve years and can honestly say I LOVE what I do! I feel the children are fun, challenging, amusing and important. My goal as a Nanny is to help raise children to be polite, educated, and well behaved. To be able to assist parents in keeping their children safe and healthy, while providing a fun, friendly environment for the children. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes laundry, dishes, straightening up and vacuuming. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include board games, outdoor activities (i.e. playgrounds, sports), arts and crafts, reading and homework if applicable. I hope that the family I care for are loving, understanding and enjoys fun outside activities as well as I do!"

I would be willing to do housekeeping that includes dusting, vacuuming, cooking, and laundry. My daily activities with the children would include reading, field trips, cooking, playing, and making crafts. My ideal family to work for would be a family that is supportive, loving, and creative! Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile!"

"I am an energetic happy person who is honest, loving, gives 110% in everything I do. I am always willing and eager to learn new things. I live with my parents, two dogs, and three cats, and I have an older brother. I would like to be a nanny because I love children! We get along very well because although I am responsible and trustworthy person, I am a kid at heart. I believe that being able to make an influence and a difference in a child's is one of the most rewarding experiences in the world. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 4 years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel the children are the same as you and I. If you show them love, courtesy, and respect, then they will show the same back to you. My goal as a Nanny is to be there for the children who need someone to take care of them to help them in every aspect of their life. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes anything that is needed. I cook, clean, and take care of pets. So, no house job is too big or too small for me. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am honest, funny, energetic, loving, and giving. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include play time, nap (depending on their age), timely meal plans, time for any school work if needed, and clean up time. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be a family who cares just as much for their children as I would, keep some order in their house, and have an active environment for their children to live in."

"I am a dedicated, creative, enthusiastic and responsible person with a tremendous work ethic. I am passionate about children, education, and learning. My family background is cohesive and has always been very supportive of me. I grew up in a Ukrainian household, which diversified my background and enriched me tremendously. I am a special education teacher currently and love working with my children in the classroom. Because of my experiences in the classroom, I believe I have the qualities that are valued in child-centered environments, and therefore I would make me a great Nanny!"
