“I really thought when I started interviewing Nannies it would take weeks to weed out the good Nannies, but I was so pleased to find that ABC Nanny Source only sent qualified candidates who were professional and experienced. We chose our Nanny the same week we registered and she has been wonderful! The hardest part of the process was deciding between the great candidates!”

"I have had many great, positive influences growing up such as teachers, parents, relatives, and mentors. These influences as a child made me the person that I am today. I feel I have a lot to offer to children and youth as a Nanny. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other if would have to be because I worked in other fields such as retail, I feel there is no other enjoyment or reward, then to have an influence on a young child's life. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 10 years and can honestly say I LOVE what I do! I feel the children are like sponges and very impressionable. With the right influences and experiences in their lives, they can be a positive experience in the world. My goal as a Nanny is to provide proper care, supervision, education, and a positive experience for the Parents and the child/children that I care for."

"I am a responsible, caring, dependable adult! I am very organized, I can multi-task and I have a very upbeat personality. I am one of three children. My dad is second oldest of ten children, so I have over twenty younger cousins on that side. My mom was one of five and I have a couple of cousins on that side. I come from a very close-knit family. My children see their grandparents at least once a week so as you can see family is very important to me. I love children, mine are six and eight they are the best things in my life! They're the first thing I think about when I get up in the morning (Mommy, can we make pancakes?) and the last thing I think about when I go to bed (did I make them brush their teeth?). I also have a couple nieces and nephews that I love to hang out with. To best describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other if would have to be because I love being with children! I have been serving in some form of childcare for over eight years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel children are like sponges; they soak up everything around them. If you use good manners, so do the children, if you teach them how to be responsible for cleaning up their toys, they will. My goal as a Nanny is to provide a safe and happy environment for the children. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes light dusting, dishes, vacuuming, some laundry and general toy cleanup. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am kind, responsible, helpful, thoughtful and dependable. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include Reading, outside playtime/walks, coloring, practicing the ABC's, writing, learning colors and numbers. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be fun, loving and easygoing. Thanks to all the families considering my profile!"

First, and most importantly, I love children and want to have a job where I am working with them in some capacity. I would choose the Nanny profession over any other because it allows me to work with children and gives me flexibility and options at the same time. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 5 years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel that children are just the most fun people to be around. Children never cease to make me laugh, and their creativity and thoughtfulness always amazes me. I know from past experiences that kids can occasionally drive you crazy, but that has never stopped me from wanting to work with them. My goal as a Nanny is to work with the family to make sure that all of their child/children's needs are met. This includes physical needs, emotional needs, and educational needs. As a nanny, I want to be responsible for helping the child to continue to grow in a positive way. Light cooking and cleaning, always reading and writing and doing various fun literacy-related activities. 2. Frequent trips to a park or other outdoor venue where the kids could run around and get some exercise. 3.
