The Philadelphia Nanny Assessment Process

nanny, Philadelphia
One of the most important steps to providing the “right” Nanny is in the assessment process.

The first step will be to fill out a detailed registration application, which will initiate a counselor to contact you within 24 hours. Your counselor will discuss with you and ask specific fact finding questions in order to make a detailed description of what you need. Many questions will be asked to make sure there is a clear picture on what the role of your Nanny will entail. Questions will be asked regarding the children’s current activity schedule, hours typically needed, age preference for the Nanny along with when you would like your Nanny to begin working for you. All of this information will be taken into consideration to provide you with a personalized recommendation based on your individual and unique circumstances. The placement counselor assigned to your family during the assessment process will likely be the counselor who will work with you hand and hand throughout the entire progression and she will review with you all details regarding our services and fee structure.

Following the assessment, and after your decision to partner with ABC Nanny Source in your nanny search, your counselor will fully register your family. Once registered, your counselor will provide the detailed Nanny Employment description to a team of counselors who will begin canvassing for your position. All Nannies are placed within a 30-minute radius of their home so you will only be presented with very local caregivers in your area. We will narrow down the candidates within your specific area based on your requests and experience level requested.

At that point candidates for the position will be contacted to inform them of the position that has become available to get a strong list of which Nannies would be best suited for the position. Once we have the candidates we would like to present to you we will email you a very detailed profile of each candidate.

The profiles will include a picture of the candidate, the description she gave regarding why she has chosen to make her profession a Nanny, what salary or hourly rate the Nanny is requesting, along with all of the references the agency has verified, her CPR Certification, one year commitment pledge and results of all clearances!

Virtually everything you will need to know about the candidate is provided to you before hire.

Typically once you become registered you can anticipate receiving profiles of the selected candidates within a matter of only a few days!
