Permanent Full Time Nannies

Full time Nannies are generally on duty 40-50+ hours per week. A typical day in the role of a Nanny will include many activities. First and foremost, caring for the children. This may include meal preparation, assisting with getting dressed, transporting to and from activities and doctor visits, reading. Some positions also require their Nanny to perform light housekeeping duties such as light dusting, vacuuming, and laundry. Housekeeping duties will always be secondary to childcare and must be specified and in writing on family application and Family/Nanny agreement. Full time live-out Nannies generally earn $500 to $700+ per week in addition to benefits including paid vacation, sick days, holidays and sometimes major medical insurance. The Nannies salary and benefit package is greatly based on the Nannies experience, qualifications and the position requirements.

Permanent Part Time Nannies

Part time Nannies typically are on duty between 25-30 hours per week. Permanent Part time Nannies typically are paid an hourly rate verses a weekly salary because the hours may vary slightly from week to week. Hourly rates for part time Nannies are generally $12 to $17 per hour in addition to some vacation benefits

Temporary Nannies

ABC Nanny Source provides a wonderful service to all our families that alleviate them from having to find alternate care when their permanent Nanny needs to take time off for vacation or sick time. ABC Nanny Source offers these services to our families whether a Nanny is needed for a few hours or for an entire week. Temporary Nanny Care provides the flexibility to provide back up care when your regular Nanny is unavailable and you need care at a time that is not in their regular routine. ABC Nanny Source provides a full year access to our Temporary Nannies when they hire a permanent Nanny. We will provide each family with unlimited Temporary Nannies whenever needed for a nominal fee of only $25 per day. Hourly rates for part time Nannies are generally $13 to $15 per hour.
