ABC represents many nannies like Caitlin who have great experience as a Hunterdon County Housekeeper in addition to childcare experience!

I am a driven and hardworking individual! I strive to make learning a fun and engaging experience for all learners. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because I have a passion for children and education. I have been serving in childcare for over 9 years as well as at a Hunterdon County Housekeeper position and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel the children are blessings that need to be loved and cared for. My goal as a Nanny is to help to nurture and educate children. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes whatever the family needs me to do. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am motivated, dedicated, passionate, creative, and outgoing. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include outside play, reading time, letter and word time, arts and crafts, science experiments, and many other hands-on educational activities. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be caring and loving!”

“Caitlin worked with my daughter Lacey over her winter break in addition to working for me as a Hunterdon County Housekeeper. Lacey, who is six years old, has multiple needs, since she has muscular dystrophy and suffered an in-utero stroke. These needs include self-help, speech, cognitive, and gross motor delays. Caitlin worked with Lacey on developing her skills! During the time she worked with Lacey, Caitlin exhibited a high level of professionalism and knowledge. She is extremely reliable, flexible, and hardworking! Any family would be fortunate to have such an enthusiastic, caring young woman as their childcare provider!”

“Throughout the Special Education student teacher experience, Caitlin demonstrated the utmost professionalism and a strong work ethic indicative of an effective special educator. She studied the individual needs of the students and adapted instruction accordingly. Caitlin demonstrated a thorough understanding of the scheduling challenges and procedures in the Learning Support setting. Due to excellent planning and the understanding of the behavior expectations of her students, Caitlin was able to effectively teach her students with few off task behaviors. She was dependable, took initiative, presented herself in a mature manner and demonstrated problem-solving skills! She also worked as a Hunterdon County Housekeeper and cared for children there and loved being with a family in their home as a break from her classroom work.”

“She possessed the natural ability to "read" the students' responses to the material she was teaching, and adjusted where necessary to best meet the needs of all the students. Caitlin always utilized suggestions to improve instruction immediately, and accepted this feedback in a very professional manner. Caitlin enjoyed working with the students in my class. She built a positive rapport with them after only a few days in the classroom. Because of this, students responded to her with respect and admiration. She was able to create a non-threatening classroom environment in which the students felt comfortable asking and responding to questions. At the same time, Caitlin was able to manage discipline effectively with fair, consistent responses to each individual incident. I found Caitlin to be conscientious and dedicated in fulfilling her responsibilities as a professional semester student. She was self-motivated, hardworking, and willing to "go the extra mile" in order to plan and implement effective instruction. She also showed a great deal of awareness of the needs of each individual student. She faced challenges "head on" with the dedication a teacher has for her own students. She has a genuine love for children and it shows in her current position as well as when she speaks of her past position as a Hunterdon County Housekeeper when she cared for a family’s children as well. I believe these qualities make her a strong candidate for a teaching position, and it is without reservation I write this recommendation. She will serve your children well!”

“We watched children from the ages of one to four years old. Caitlin has always worked well with the young children. She also worked as a Hunterdon County Housekeeper where she was also responsible for the family’s children when they were home. She is very patient and caring. She has good morals and values and would be a good influence on young children. I would highly recommend her for any childcare position ”
