Families seeking a Middlesex County Special Needs Nanny like ABC Nanny Alicia will find someone dependable and experienced to help with the care of their children.

I am a respectful, honest, responsible, patient fun-loving person. My goals as a Middlesex County Special Needs Nanny are to pursue a career in relation to early childhood education. In keeping with my family tradition I am very family oriented, with strong moral values. My main reasons for choosing to be a nanny are, the love I have working with kids and the joy it brings in helping nurture them. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because the joy and love that I have interacting with children on a personal basis over the years makes me feel very sure that I have the right qualities for this profession. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over seven years and can honestly say I love what I do! My goal as a Nanny is to help care for, and raise intelligent, caring, and loving children as if they were my very own. I am willing to do housekeeping at request that include laundry, making bed, vacuuming, emptying dishwasher, cooking and running errands. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am trustworthy, nurturing, friendly, energetic, and very reliable. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include taking the kids to places of interests like to the zoo and museum. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be understanding and able to interact and communicate well with me."

“ I have felt comfortable for the past three years, because I felt that Alicia was attentive, caring, fair, patient and very responsible for the children, aspects that would make her a fantastic Middlesex County Special Needs Nanny. Safety is a priority for Alicia, and I also felt that she is fair and balanced in disciplining the children. There are some nannies that I have not allowed my children to attend play-dates with in the past, because I have not felt comfortable with the nanny or my children have reported that they are not comfortable with the nanny. I have always asked my children, after every play-date, how the play-date went, as well as whether the nanny or parent was nice. After 3-years of weekly play-dates, both my children have always come back with positive remarks about Alicia. I have never questioned Alicia’s attentiveness or commitment to safety in regards to children!

“Alicia has taken care for our two children for the past 7+ years. Throughout her time with us, Alicia continually demonstrated solid judgment, and always put the children's needs front and center. She has been amazingly flexible with her time, and barely missed a day of work - when she did need personal time, she always alerted us well in advance. I would highly recommend her as a Middlesex County Special Needs Nanny. My husband and I highly recommend Alicia for any parent looking for someone who will treat their children as her own, help raise intelligent, caring children and be an important part of the family. We are happy to offer more details on her day to day responsibilities over the years upon request. She did it all!”
