ABC represents many nannies that have great childcare experience in addition to experience working as a Passaic County Personal Assistant like Mia.

“I am an extremely well rounded individual with strong morals and goals! I have a great sense of humor, am very bubbly, energetic and extremely easy to talk to. I love children and feel that we all have something to learn from them! If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other, like a Passaic County Personal Assistant position, it would have to be because I enjoy and appreciate the strong personal connection and bond that I acquire with a family. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over four years and can honestly say I love what I do! My goal as a Nanny is to offer a structured setting for children to play, learn, and enjoy their days with me. I hope to become a role model, not just a friend. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes laundry, dishwashing, vacuuming, and toy pick-up with organization. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am loving, outgoing, loyal, respectful, and nurturing. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include social, academic, physical, and fun activities which would help to develop skills and create experiences based on age appropriateness. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me would hope they would be welcoming!”

“Mia was always willing to come care for my children when we asked while working as a Passaic County Personal Assistant. She occasionally was asked to walk to the bus stop to pick up my son, or to make lunch or dinner for the children. On some occasions, my daughter would not willingly cooperate with a nap or other activity, but Mia was always able to get her to cooperate. She did it in a positive way so that our daughter did not feel forced, but she also didn’t let the children run the show. Mia took on the daunting task of helping a family with three small children, and one of the children has Autism. That takes a remarkable amount of patience and ability to multitask! Mia always was enthusiastic about whatever task she was given, and my children absolutely loved her! Midway through her tenure with us, we got a puppy. Mia did not even blink an eye at this extra responsibility. I highly recommend her as a Nanny!”

“Mia worked well with all of the children! She was engaging, energetic, loved by all of her students, and she was a very responsible employee. She always made sure the students’ homework was done and snacks were given before playtime. She was very organized from her experience as a Passaic County Personal Assistant. She was punctual and willing to stay late any time a family was running behind for pick up. After observing her work for several months, Mia also became a caregiver for my own son, who was 7 years old at the time. She would prepare dinner, complete bathing, playtime and bed. When my husband and I went away (out of the country) for a long weekend wedding, Mia stayed in our home and was solely responsible for the care of our son. She transported him to sports practice/games, did laundry, prepared meals, supervised a play date with friends and covered all care needs while we were away. We felt secure in knowing that he would be well cared for and were able to enjoy our time with friends without worry!”

“Mia is my favorite caregiver. She can handle all three children without getting overwhelmed, which is partly due to her work as a Passaic County Personal Assistant. She is always on time, can be trusted to make dinner and clean up and can get the children to bed in a timely manner. She plays fun games with them and can also help my oldest with homework if necessary. I wholeheartedly support Mia in all her endeavors. She cares for my three children during the evenings or on weekends. She has spent the night when we go away, and I feel completely comfortable leaving my children with her. She is a high energy, positive, and ethical young woman.”

“Mia was a friend of the family. We knew her from her job as a Passaic County Personal Assistant and hired her as a mother’s helper to start. She is a take-charge person and did not have to be told what to do all the time. She would cook, feed, bathe and clean up after the children. She was always adaptable to our schedules. In addition, Mia would travel with us and she was an absolute pleasure. She could be firm with the children and knew what we expected of them. She was a caring, loving person and the children loved having her!”
