The primary responsibility of the New Jersey nanny you employ will surely be to protect, cherish and teach your children during her time with them. Your family should continue the regular cleaning regimen and/or service you had prior to her employ.
Full Time Live Out nannies usually work anywhere from 40-50 hours per week, generally simply to allow Mom and Dad to get to and from work. They are usually paid a weekly salary verses an hourly rate. Salaries for full time nannies are between $600-$800+ per week. The nannies pay really depends a lot on the job description, how many children you have and then the experience the particular nanny you select has to offer to your family.
Part Time Live Out nannies typically work a minimum of 25 hours per week, but it can go up to 35 hours. They are usually paid an hourly rate verses a weekly salary. Hourly rates for part time nannies are between $13 to $20/hour. Again, the nannies pay really depends a lot on the job description, how many children you have and then the experience the particular nanny you select has to offer to your family.
Temporary nannies are only offered to our families who have hired a permanent ABC Nanny and need to have a substitute for fill in for their permanent caregiver. Our temporary database of nannies is reserved specifically as a convenience to our Clients who may need care on very short notice. The hourly rate for temporary nannies is always $18/hour with an accompanying nominal daily agency fee of $25/day.
