ABC has many nannies available that have great experience as a Salem County Governess like Sarah who will be a wonderful fit for educationally focused families.

"I’m enthusiastic about childcare! I love kids and have been working with them for 2 years professionally as a Salem County Governess with over six years of babysitting experience as well. I grew up in a big family so I know the importance of keeping organized in a busy household. I am also very creative. I love to create things and love to do messy art projects that are not only fun but are also a learning experience. I’m also very musical and can play the piano and am learning guitar. I want to be a nanny because I love the ability to work one on one or two or three and the chance to be a part of a child’s all-around development. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because I enjoy working in the daycare setting, but feel I can really shine in the home. I also believe it will allow me to better use my organization and creativity skills. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 6 years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel that children are so much smarter than most adults give them credit for. I believe all children have the ability to learn and should be given every opportunity to do so. My goal as a Nanny is to give the children a balanced, structured, and educational home life while also keeping things fun and interesting. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes dishes, cooking, laundry, pet care, vacuuming, and dusting. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am musical, creative, happy, outgoing, and caring. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include outdoor time, sensory works, art projects, reading time, language arts/handwriting, and free play. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be involved with their kids, supportive of a basic structure for their children, encouraging, but willing to use cohesive discipline when needed."

“I have worked very closely with Sarah over the past six months at a well-known early education center. Sarah is well organized, helpful, and the children love her. She has such great experience from working as a Salem County Governess! Her classroom is well maintained, neat, and structured. She is an excellent teacher who works well with children of all ages from infancy to preschool. Her love of children shines through in her work and she is well loved and respected by the parents of the children she cares for. Children adore her and she is a popular teacher who is known for her wide range of knowledge and children’s songs! As a co-worker, she is well liked and is extremely helpful in offering ideas and tips on classroom management. I would trust her with my own children in a heartbeat!”

“Sarah was amazing with my son and the other infants. She was able to care for each child’s needs while still being fun and creative (ex: completing craft projects with babies). She followed through with any requests or suggestions I made and provided clear & detailed feedback each day on what my son did and her impressions of his mood, health, etc. She was nurturing and supportive toward my son and me. I feel that Sarah went above and beyond her job requirements. I felt safe and comfortable leaving my child in her care from day one because of her Salem County Governess experience and I was very anxious about the idea of daycare and did many "pop-ins" before my son started to make sure care was consistent.”
