ABC is happy to represent Salem County Nannies like Schindel who have experience with children and genuinely love taking care of them!

“I am very outgoing and personable, and usually have a smile on my face! I love children and get a sense of fulfillment when I am able to teach a child, and see the expression on their faces when they learn! I have a passion for teaching and caring for others. If I were asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be one of the Salem County Nannies over any other profession it would have to be because I want to offer the quality care to children. I have been serving in some form of childcare for over 5 years and can honestly say I find enjoyment in what I do! Children can take in all the information the world has to offer and truthfully explain what they feel. My goal as a Nanny is to develop a relationship with a family and to ultimately teach and care for their children’s daily needs! I am willing to do housekeeping that includes dishes, preparing food, light housekeeping and clean up. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am compassionate, responsible, driven, social, and caring. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include gross motor activities to keep the children active, learning activities based on the child’s age so that lessons that are developmentally appropriate! If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be close knit and active in their children’s lives!”

“I have had the opportunity to see her interact with my niece and feel that she will be an asset as one of the Salem County Nannies. While out enjoying time with her daughter and my niece, she showed the girls how to navigate games and what to do when they received tickets. She helped them pick out toys and made sure they took out some time to sit down and eat. While my niece began to show signs of not having had a nap, Schindel never treated her like she was an awful child. She respected her enough to help her appreciate on her own she was tired. She bent down to the girls’ level physically, which impressed me, and she listened to them and helped them navigate the playroom. She even helped me to appreciate that certain games or jungle gyms help stimulate hand and eye coordination and help with physical exercise as well. I considered crawling through the tunnels myself! On more than one occasion and around other children, I have had the opportunity to see her interact. She will be an asset to any family! Schindel is considerate, dependable, reliable, and personable. All children appreciate her motivation, perseverance and positive energy. If I had a child of my own, I would have no problem leaving him or her in Schindel's care.”

“Schindel has been a part of my son Zachary's life since he has been a few months old. She has been wonderful in every way possible and will certainly be one of the best Salem County Nannies. She made each day a little easier dropping Zachary off. Being a mom and knowing you have to drop your baby off with someone you really don't know is one of the hardest things. Schindel always makes us feel that he is safe and in good hands. Schindel always takes time to talk to my husband and I about Zachary's day and how he does throughout the days. You can see every morning how each child's face lights up as they run to see her and hug her. She has that special gift of caring for children. She takes time for each child to make them feel special and to show them that they are important. Whether it's playing with them, teaching them, or just comforting them when they're having a rough day, or not feeling well. I can also trust in the fact that Schindel will not hesitate to call me at work if something is wrong. I will truly miss Schindel being a part of Zachary's life and I know he will too. But we wish her the best and anyone is lucky to have Schindel as a caregiver. I haven't met a child or a parent whose does not think the world of Schindel. She is just that type of person you want caring for your child. She has all the quality's you could ever ask for.
