“Ellen fulfilled all of our job requirements that included daily care, appropriate child development, transportation, light housekeeping, and entertainment/playtime in a manner that was consistent with my expectations. Ellen took care of my twin boys from the time they were about 2 months old until age 10. Her roles obviously changed as the boys grew up. As newborns, she provided daily care, feeding and nurturing. As they started school and out of home activities I relied on her to drop off and pick up. There were times when Ellen chaperoned activities with the boys as well. Her lively personality which she had previously been an asset at her customer service job in Philadelphia, was a tremendous strength when she helped out with larger groups of children. Ellen was very responsible - always punctual, reliable and flexible! She was patient, kind and genuinely enjoyed interacting in playtime or reading with the boys. Ellen took part in helping them to learn the alphabet, numbers, reading, and writing. Overall, as a working mom I trusted that my boys were in good hands every day! I still rely on Ellen to stay with our boys for extended time including overnight when my husband and I are out of town.”

“Stephanie worked with us for 2 years. She was with us the day my younger child came home from the hospital. I found her to be reliable, trustworthy and very caring and loving, particularly of the baby. She was great at getting the baby on a schedule, and adjusting the schedule as he grew. She was very helpful with transitions to bottle and food. She was great and very patient to get the baby to sleep, and sleep in the crib. For the baby's first year, she was the only person I was comfortable leaving him with! Stephanie was also good with my preschooler. She is very artistic, creative and does wonderful imagination activities! They would take walks and collect leaves or pine cones and use them for an art project when they returned. She was also very patient with this child. I found Stephanie to be willing to take direction and follow my preferred methods for the children, or changes to my system. It was very obvious that her previous Philadelphia customer service job had taught her the importance of embracing change. She is very neat and organized and the kids' rooms and playroom were always neater when she left than when she arrived! She successfully got them to sit at the table and eat their meals, even food they may not eat for mom. We appreciated her help and are happy to recommend her to any family!”

“I would like to extend my sincerest opinion that Jessica would be an excellent Nanny for your family. Jessica worked at our center in a customer service job in Philadelphia for several years and I have seen her with young children from infancy through pre-kindergarten. Jessica has a very genuine personality that children are drawn to. It did not matter what the task was, she always approached the task with a smile. Weather she was assisting the children with arts and crafts, or cleaning up after the children were finished, each task was important to her. I was very impressed with her drive and enthusiasm! Jessica always worked hard and tried her best. She worked well with all of the staff members, parents and children. Jessica has a true desire to work with children and is very at ease with them. Children are also very comfortable with her and are always happy to see her! I believe that Jessica can have a truly positive and important impact on the lives of the children she touches!”

“Maria is a wonderful woman who had the position of caring for my two boys for four years! As you can imagine, caring for my children in my absence was a very important job! When I was seeking professional childcare services, there were several traits that the caregiver needed to have in order for me to hire them. The person needed to be honest, responsible, upbeat, and in charge when I was not home. Maria was currently working at a Philadelphia customer service job for a friend of mine when I hired her and exhibited all of these traits and much more! Maria always showed up to my house on time or a few minutes early. She had endless energy in playing with my children! From board games, to crafts, to outdoor baseball and soccer games, she was up for anything! She was also open to having playmates over for my children whenever I asked. The children were fed what I asked her to feed them and only taken to places that I specifically requested. She never in all the four years called in sick, or did not show up for work for any reason. Maria never in all the years told me that she couldn't come in a few minutes early or stay a bit later if I asked. She is one of the most reliable people I know! In addition to her superior care of my children, Maria also took care of my very large dog when we were at work. She had no problem walking him several times a day with my boys! She also was extremely helpful, and still is, in caring for all the family pets when we are out of town. This includes our cat and two fish. Even though I ask her to come every other day, she will come every day to feed the pets, bring in mail and newspapers, and water plants for us. I would also like to mention that in our circumstances Maria’s primary job was keeping our children safe, and stimulated when she was with them. However, there were down times when the boys were in school for part of the day, or even napping. She was always productive during these times as well! She would happily prepare a meal for dinner, fold laundry, make beds, and straighten up our home. I never required these things from her, yet they were done! It was a pleasure working with Maria, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a fantastic nanny! I was always confident that my children were not only safe, but also happy in her care!”

“I worked with Alina for approximately two years at a customer service job in Philadelphia. She was the photography assistant in one of the portrait studios at our company. Alina is a very positive individual and was a wonderful addition to the studio! She was always enthusiastic and very helpful to the photographer. Alina was very playful and loved working with the children and parents to obtain the best picture! You could always find her on the floor with them, interacting and encouraging them to smile. She was never discouraged by a crying baby, or a screaming toddler. She always found a way to comfort them and make them smile. Her patience never ran low. It didn’t matter how long it took to get that perfect picture, Alina would spend as much time was necessary to achieve the best shot. Alina was a very outgoing and the children responded well to her. Alina was a kind and loving individual and very compassionate and caring with all of the children and parents. I feel she would make a wonderful Nanny for any child!”
