“I have had the pleasure of knowing Chelsea for the past 25 years, first as an employee for our Philadelphia education job and then as a friend! She came to work for me as a volunteer, became an aide, then an assistant teacher, and finally a valued member of our teaching staff! She was responsible for developing curriculum, implementing educational techniques, and creating a nurturing environment for the children. She helped the children find their voices and adjust to social situations. She required the children to behave in the appropriate manner without stifling their natural enthusiasm. Chelsea was a very valuable employee! Chelsea was so great with the children, that I asked her to help out with my family on the weekends. My children immediately felt comfortable with her and they quickly became very close. Chelsea was to help my son with his homework assignments, and make hard concepts easier to understand. I highly recommend her for a nanny position!”

“In the classroom, Bonnie is polite, energetic, patient, funny, and engaging. She is always on time, prepared and informed when she teaches the class. She maintains her composure in face of rude behavior, and uses appropriate measures to control the class. She takes great interest in her Philadelphia education job, and cares a great deal about how the class is doing. Always on task, she is not prompt to wandering off on side conversations or non-subject matters. Bonnie is able to connect with students, and is so able to communicate a lesson to them with examples appropriate to the class. Outside of the class, she has helped my children with assignments. She would lend an extra hand on the weekends when I needed some help. She would spend hours playing games, and doing arts and crafts. Her education background really helped her be patient and understanding with my children. Bonnie would make an excellent nanny for any school aged children.”

“Alexandra, as a student teacher for our Philadelphia education job, has projected the image of a caring professional. The students seem to be aware that she wants them to achieve. Alexandra is willing to try various instructional styles. Active student participation is always her goal. She sets high standards for the students and for herself. Some student teachers reach a plateau beyond which they do not seem to improve. Continuing growth in ability and self-confidence has been evident for Alexandra! In all classes, it was clear that Alexandra’s teaching produced significant learning. The tone of her classes may be described as relaxed yet directed. It is evident the Alexandra continues to sharpen her skills in classroom management and control. I believe that all of these traits would make Alexandra a top notch nanny! I believe Alexandra will be a worthy addition to any family she may join. I recommend her for future assignment without reservation.”

She prepares and organizes her lesson plans as well as laboratory exercises in advance. Sally uses the resources of the school as well as any outside resources that she may need in order to effectively present lessons to the students. Sally enjoys interacting with all of the students. She has made herself available to listen and to help students learn before and after classes. The students are receptive and respectful to her. Sally maintains a pleasant and positive attitude as a student teacher in this Philadelphia education job. She has been perceptive of the students’ needs in the classroom. Sally would be an asset to any family! The traits that she has gained in the classroom would be a tremendous asset to any children she cares for. Sally would be able to assist the child learn and grow in a very positive manner!”

“We have considered Raya as a part of our "extended family" for 2 years! She was a student teacher at an education job in Philadelphia for one of my children. After I saw how excellent she was with the children in my son’s classroom, I knew she would be excellent caring for my children on a more personal basis. Raya has accompanied us on family vacations as well as taking my children to doctor’s appointments for me. She has helped me whenever we were "stuck" to take my children where they needed to be! Raya has always been great with all my younger children too, helping them with homework, projects or just playing a game. She certainly shines around children! Raya is extremely helpful to us in our house for many reasons. We consider ourselves very lucky to have her around and value her friendship!”

“The children were always well taken care of! Kimberly is a very outgoing and energetic young lady. She started out as a teacher for a friend of mine in an education job in Philadelphia and came highly recommended. I was looking for a young, vibrant, dependable caregiver for my daughter. I knew the moment I met Kimberly, that she was perfect. She has been caring for my daughter for about three years now on a part time basis and has been wonderful from the beginning. Kimberly would not only watch my daughter, but also any neighborhood children that my daughter would wish to play with. Kimberly is still active with the neighborhood children even when she is not on duty. While caring for the children, she does constructive activities with them and keeps them entertained. Kimberly is one of our first choices when we need a childcare provider, and I would highly recommend her for a nanny position!”
