Your Philadelphia teacher job experience can be a tremendous asset to families with school aged children. Please read what these families have to say about the nannies they hired who had education backgrounds.

"Aga more than fulfilled the requirements! She was available on short notice and took care of my children exceptionally well. She drove them to their activities and even cheered my daughter on in her volleyball game! They did not require intensive care, and Aga did not "over baby" them. The children enjoyed her company and the way she treated them. I had only been in town for 2 months and met Aga while she was working in a Philadelphia teacher job. I liked her from the beginning and when I heard that she had been a nanny before and was highly regarded, I felt completely comfortable asking her to watch my children, even after I had only known her for 2 weeks! She is a very sincere, open person. She and I chatted a lot during my visits to the school and she spoke often of her love of her family back home, especially her younger sister. She became one of my first friends in my new town. In her capacity at the elementary school, she was professional, compassionate, and very outgoing. I am confident that Aga would be a valuable asset to your family. She interacts well with children and has a cheerful, open personality that makes her easy to get along with!”

Alana was an exceptional nanny for my children. They were so happy to see her when she came to our house. Alana took care of my children after school. At the time, they were six and eight years old. She always came to work on time and with a smile on her face and never let us down. She was very playful with the children and they just loved having her as their nanny. Alana’s previous experience in a Philadelphia teacher job really helped when she would assist them with their homework and school projects. She was able to help explain subjects of difficulty in a way that was easy for them to understand. She also helped take them to their activities. They loved when she took them for a special slurpee or ice cream treat as a surprise. We felt very comfortable with her taking care of our children and driving them in her car. She always made sure that they were well behaved and occupied. Alana was energetic, thoughtful, qualified, interactive and flexible. I would highly recommend Alana for a nanny position and I think any family would be lucky to have her with them!”

“When Tyra started with us, our 1st son was only 3 months old. Then in 2005 we had a second son, which she also cared for part time. She was a wonderful nanny! She was very caring and patient with the boys! Her previous Philadelphia Teacher Job experience really showed when she came up with creative and fun ways to help them learn and played. The boys loved her! Tyra enjoyed taking them on walks to the park and playing outside in the yard, which was our request in warmer weather. She was always offering to do chores around the house, although we didn't require it. She would still do things like unload the dishwasher, clean up the kitchen and fold the children's clean laundry. Tyra was always punctual, and called in advance if she was sick, which didn't happen often. She's a caring, kind person who truly loves children! She is a great nanny!”

“Megan was an excellent nanny. She is a very sweet natured and patient young lady. Megan was very attentive and kept my children busy at all times. Alana started working for me part-time while she was also working a teacher job in Philadelphia. My son was two and we were expecting our second child at the time. She was very attentive to my son by playing with him, giving him snacks, and changing his diapers. They were always playing different activities both inside and outside of the house. In the evenings, Megan would give my son dinner, a bath, read books and put him to bed. When my daughter arrived, Megan was very good with a newborn. She would hold her carefully and still pay attention to my son. She gave my daughter bottles, fed her, and changed her diapers and clothes if needed. My children still talk about Megan to this day and miss her. She was flexible, patient, interactive, helpful and energetic. I would highly recommend Megan as a nanny!”

Sara took great care of my daughter! Sara came to us from a teacher job in Philadelphia when my daughter was just a baby until the time my daughter started nursery school. Sara always put forth her best efforts and completed every task to the superior levels. She loved my daughter and my daughter loved her! She was very responsible and reliable! I could always count on her to be there when I needed her. Along with being very responsible she also followed my parenting wishes as I see fit with discipline and/or with nutrition, etc. Sara also was wonderful with extracurricular activities or play not just sitting my daughter in front of the television for hours. They would go for walks to the park or to the library to read some books. Overall, besides from being a wonderful nanny, Sara is an extremely caring and loving person! In which my daughter loves and my husband and I do too. She would be an asset to any family!”
