“Brione has done a satisfactory job fulfilling all of her requirements! Since she works predominantly during the morning shifts, she doesn’t have too much "dirty" work like cleaning to do; that is left to the night shift. She is great with entertaining, preoccupying, soothing and playing with the children. From snuggling an "unhappy camper" to making craft activities to playing house, she is truly great with children. They warmed up to her immediately since she is so kind and warm towards them. They love her and ask for "Miss Bree" when she isn’t there. Not only do the children love her, but the parents do as well- she’s gotten many nanny requests! At night (which is much slower than the morning), she goes above and beyond with tidying the place up! From vacuuming, cleaning EVERY single toy (play food, cars, baby toys, toddler toys, slides, etc.) and wiping down every surface (since flu season is rapidly approaching), she does more than an adequate job in every single one of her duties. As my employee, I could not say anything better about Brione. With a smile always on her face and never stern, the children have great respect for her! I could only wish that my other employees could be as natural as the job as she is. Just to name a few things, she is always on time, very reliable, enlightening and honest as well as all I’ve said about her in the other questions. Brione is honestly one of the most respectable, genuinely good people I have met in a while and I am privileged to have gotten to know her. She has certainly set the bar for any future employees! She will be a wonderful asset to your family as a Columbia Nanny!”

She engages him in creative, age-appropriate activities, handles any extra responsibilities that come up while she is watching them, such as making a meal, and uses excellent judgment in handling anything out of the ordinary, such as needing to contact us if our son becomes ill while we are out of the house. Brione is always punctual and reliable. She is an intelligent, professional and mature young woman who goes above and beyond in handling her responsibilities. As noted above, Brione has watched our son for approximately six years.
