“I am an extremely enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who thrives on energy and enjoys being outdoors. My strong desire to work with children and contribute to a family's well-being is the reason I have chosen to pursue a career in the Nanny profession. With over 8 years of childcare experience, including working at the Allen County After School Program, I can confidently say that I absolutely love what I do! In my opinion, children are open-minded, eager to learn, full of excitement, and embody innocence. As a Nanny, my main objectives are to protect, educate, and entertain the children under my care. I am more than willing to assist with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, pet care, and laundry. Trustworthiness, reliability, energy, an easy-going nature, and kindness are five adjectives that accurately describe me. In my daily plans for the family I work with, I would incorporate activities that promote exercise, education, and spending quality time outdoors during pleasant weather. Ideally, the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me would share strong moral values, possess effective communication skills, and appreciate an active lifestyle.”

“I had the privilege of working alongside Dianna at the Allen County After School Program. Dianna's exceptional teaching skills have greatly contributed to making the transition smooth for our students. Here are my observations of her teaching abilities. Dianna has consistently demonstrated excellence in her teaching practices. She possesses a strong command of the subject matter and exhibits adaptability in her teaching style to cater to the various needs of her students. Dianna effectively manages her classroom, employing a diverse range of techniques to maintain order and create a conducive learning environment. She asserts herself as an authoritative figure while earning the respect of her students, and her professional rapport with them is commendable. Dianna's relaxed approach easily allows students to embrace her as their teacher and open up to her. Her lessons incorporate a variety of teaching techniques, and she displays confidence in their implementation. Furthermore, Dianna shows great skill in adjusting her lessons and teaching styles to cater to the diverse learning population in each class, achieving remarkable success in doing so. She consistently demonstrates tact and courtesy when interacting with her students, their parents, and her colleagues. It is evident that Dianna genuinely cares for her students and is willing to go the extra mile to help them achieve their goals. Over the course of her time at our high school, Dianna has truly blossomed as a teacher. Personally, working with Dianna has been a pleasure, as she ensures everything is in order and taken care of when I come in to teach on my assigned days. Her remarkable qualities have undoubtedly contributed to a smooth transition for both myself and the students. Dianna's hard work ethic and delightful personality will undoubtedly lead to a bright future in her teaching career.”

“Diana became a part of our team at the Allen County After School Program when a teacher left us for a position in another district, leaving a vacancy. Without missing a beat, Diana seamlessly stepped into the role, quickly familiarizing herself with the curriculum, students, their backgrounds, learning needs, and the rest of the staff. She not only took the existing curriculum, but also incorporated additional activities and assessments that fully engaged our students. As the coordinator of the program, it is my responsibility to organize and oversee a staff of approximately 15 individuals, keeping them informed about school updates, coordinating professional development activities, and ensuring they meet their professional responsibilities. Diana never posed any difficulties in this area. She was always present, punctual, and well-prepared for whatever tasks were assigned to her. She even volunteered for additional responsibilities, such as assisting with open house and student-led conferences. Her classroom management skills are exceptional, and her open and engaging style of interaction resonates with students, while still maintaining professional boundaries. In addition to her teaching role, Diana also served as an assistant coach on our school Swim Team, frequently chaperoned school dances and events, supported the Allen County After School Program, and regularly attended student sporting events. Her enthusiasm for her job and her genuine care for our students are evident, establishing an atmosphere of safety and encouraging students to strive to please her. Losing Diana will be a significant loss for our staff, but her inclusion in any other team will undoubtedly be a tremendous gain!”

“When thinking about Dianna and her interactions with both the staff and student body, words like team player, open-minded, helpful, and professional come to mind. Dianna consistently showed her willingness to lend a helping hand whenever it was needed. She actively supported me in organizing conflict resolution sessions and referring students to the appropriate staff member if the situation escalated. Dianna was genuinely dedicated to assisting students in showcasing their best work, and she would diligently work with them to help them reach their full potential. Her laid-back demeanor created a comfortable environment for students to freely communicate with her. Dianna constantly aimed to engage and captivate her students in Social Studies through interactive and enjoyable lessons. It has been a pleasure working with Dianna this school year, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in search of a valuable addition to their team.”
