“As a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, I thrive on being active and enjoying the outdoors. This is why I am drawn to the role of a nanny, as it allows me to combine my love for children and my energetic nature. With over 8 years of experience in various childcare settings, including the Bullitt County After School Program, I can confidently say that I truly enjoy what I do. When it comes to working with children, I find them to be open-minded, eager to learn, and full of excitement and innocence. As a nanny, my primary goal is to ensure their safety, provide them with valuable education, and keep them entertained. Moreover, I am more than happy to assist with housekeeping tasks such as cooking, cleaning, pet care, and laundry, as part of my responsibilities. Trustworthy, reliable, active, easy-going, and kind are five adjectives that best describe me. These qualities enable me to build strong relationships with both children and their families, fostering a positive and nurturing environment. In terms of daily activities, I would love to incorporate exercises, educational games, and outdoor adventures on pleasant days, creating a well-rounded plan for the family I care for. The ideal family I hope to work with would possess strong morals, values, and effective communication skills. Additionally, it would be wonderful if they enjoy an active lifestyle. This synergy between morals, communication, and an active approach would make for a harmonious and fulfilling experience as a nanny.”

“I had the pleasure of working alongside Dianna at the Bullitt County After School Program. Her exceptional skills as a teacher have greatly benefited the students during their transition. Here are my observations of her teaching style. Dianna's teaching abilities are truly impressive. She demonstrates extensive knowledge of the subjects and showcases adaptability in tailoring her teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of the students. Within the classroom, Dianna exhibits a strong command of classroom management techniques and utilizes a variety of strategies. Her demeanor instills respect and professionalism, fostering positive relationships with her students. Due to her relaxed approach, the students quickly embraced her as their teacher and felt comfortable opening up to her. Her lessons incorporate a range of teaching techniques, and she executes them with confidence. Dianna adeptly adjusts her lessons and approaches to suit the unique learning styles of each class, resulting in effective instruction. In all interactions with students, parents, and colleagues, Dianna demonstrates tact and courtesy. It is evident that she genuinely cares for her students, consistently going above and beyond to help them succeed. Throughout her tenure at our High School, Dianna has continued to grow as an educator. Personally, it is a pleasure to collaborate with Dianna, as I trust that everything is well-organized and attended to when I teach on my assigned days. These qualities have undoubtedly contributed to a seamless transition for both myself and the students. With her diligent work ethic and charismatic personality, Dianna is destined to thrive as a teacher.”

“Diana joined the Bullitt County After School Program on the first day of school as a replacement for a teacher who had accepted a position in another district. She seamlessly filled the vacant position, quickly familiarizing herself with the curriculum, students' backgrounds, learning needs, and the staff. Diana not only incorporated the existing curriculum but also introduced engaging activities and authentic assessments that immersed our students in their learning. As the coordinator of the program, my responsibilities include organizing a team of approximately 15 staff members, keeping them informed about school developments, arranging professional development activities, and fulfilling professional obligations. In this regard, Diana never posed any issues. She was consistently present, punctual, and well-prepared for all tasks assigned to her. She willingly volunteered for additional responsibilities such as open house and SLC activities. Diana's classroom management skills are exceptional, and her students appreciate her open and engaging style of interaction while still maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. Moreover, Diana actively participated in various extracurricular activities. She served as an assistant coach for our school Swim Team, regularly volunteered as a chaperone for school dances and events, contributed to the Bullitt County After School Program, and frequently attended student sporting events. Her genuine enjoyment of her job and her true concern for students' well-being create a positive atmosphere where students feel safe and motivated to excel. Losing Diana as part of our staff would undoubtedly be a great loss, but any other organization that hires her will gain an exceptional professional who is dedicated to her students and their success.”

“When it comes to Dianna's involvement with the staff and student body of the Bullitt County After School Program, she embodies qualities such as being a team player, open-minded, helpful, and professional. She consistently displayed a willingness to lend a helping hand whenever necessary. In particular, I found her active assistance in organizing conflict resolution sessions and appropriate referrals for students whose issues escalated to be invaluable. Dianna's genuine desire to help students present their best work was evident in her dedicated efforts to work with individuals and help them reach their full potential. I also noticed that her laid-back demeanor created a comforting environment for students to freely communicate with her. Furthermore, she consistently sought to engage her students in Social Studies through interactive and enjoyable lessons. Working with Dianna this school year has been a pleasure, and I wholeheartedly endorse her for any future positions.”
