“I am a highly motivated and hard-working individual with a strong enthusiasm for being active and enjoying the outdoors. I am particularly drawn to being a nanny because I find joy in working with children and believe I have a lot to offer a family. The reason I have chosen to pursue a career in the Nanny profession, above all others, is because of my genuine enjoyment of working with children and staying active. Throughout my 8 years of childcare experience, including working at the Hancock County After School Program, I can confidently say that I love what I do. From my perspective, children are open-minded, eager to learn, full of excitement, fun, and innocence. As a nanny, my goals are to protect, educate, and entertain. I am also more than willing to assist with housekeeping duties such as cooking, cleaning, pet care, and laundry. If I were to describe myself in five words, they would be trustworthy, reliable, active, easy-going, and kind. In terms of daily activities for the family, I would incorporate exercises, educational activities, and outdoor time on nice days. For the ideal family seeking a nanny like myself, I hope they value strong morals and standards, possess good communication skills, and enjoy an active lifestyle.”

“I had the pleasure of working alongside Dianna at the Hancock County After School Program. Dianna has been exceptional in her role, ensuring a smooth transition for the students in these classes. Here are my observations of her teaching abilities. Dianna's teaching skills have been outstanding. She not only possesses a strong command of the subjects she teaches but also displays adaptability in her teaching styles to cater to the students' diverse needs. Inside the classroom, Dianna demonstrates an excellent grasp of classroom management and effectively utilizes a range of techniques. She establishes herself as an authoritative figure who earns the respect of her students and maintains a professional rapport with them. The students readily accept Dianna as their teacher, thanks to her relaxed approach and ability to connect with them. Her lessons incorporate a variety of teaching methods, and she exhibits confidence in implementing them. Dianna proves herself capable of adjusting her lessons and teaching styles to suit the learning preferences of the diverse student population in each class. Additionally, she consistently demonstrates tact and courtesy when interacting with students, parents, and colleagues. It is evident that she genuinely cares about her students' well-being and is willing to go the extra mile to support them in achieving their goals. Throughout her time at our High School, Dianna has undoubtedly grown as a teacher. On a personal level, Dianna is a pleasure to work with, and I always have confidence in her ability to ensure everything is organized and taken care of. All of these qualities contributed to a seamless transition for both myself and the students. Dianna's hard work and delightful personality make her destined for success as a teacher!”

“Diana joined the Hancock County After School Program at the start of the school year to fill a vacant teaching position left by a teacher who moved to another district. She seamlessly stepped into the role, quickly familiarizing herself with the curriculum, students, their backgrounds, and learning needs, as well as the staff. Diana not only embraced the existing curriculum, but also enhanced it with engaging activities and authentic assessments that deeply engaged our students. As the coordinator of the program, my responsibilities include managing a staff of about 15 individuals, keeping them informed about school updates, organizing professional development activities, and ensuring professional obligations are met. Diana never posed any issues in these areas. She consistently attended, was punctual, and fully prepared for all required tasks. Diana even volunteered for additional responsibilities like open house and SLC activities. Her excellent classroom management skills are evident as students respond positively to her warm and engaging approach, all while maintaining professionalism. Aside from her teaching duties, Diana also found time to make valuable contributions to extracurricular activities. She served as an assistant coach on our school Swim Team, regularly chaperoned school dances and events, assisted at the Hancock County After School Program, and frequently attended student sporting events. This demonstrates her enthusiasm for her job and her genuine care for students' well-being and success. It is evident that Diana's commitment to her role establishes a safe learning environment where students feel motivated to excel and strive to please her. Losing Diana as a member of our staff will undoubtedly be a great loss for our program. However, it will undoubtedly be a tremendous gain for any other organization fortunate enough to hire her.”

“Dianna's interaction with both the staff and student body at the Hancock County After School Program can be described as team player, open-minded, helpful, and professional. She was always ready to assist whenever needed, actively participating in conflict resolution sessions and redirecting students to the appropriate staff member when necessary. Dianna's genuine concern for the students' progress and development was evident as she dedicated herself to guiding them towards presenting their best work and achieving their full potential. Thanks to her approachable nature, students felt comfortable talking to her on numerous occasions. Dianna's ability to engage students through interactive and enjoyable Social Studies lessons showcased her efforts to both stimulate and maintain their interest. It has been a pleasure collaborating with Dianna this academic year, and I wholeheartedly recommend her for any future professional opportunities.”
