"What impressed me the most about working with ABC Nanny Source was the level of detail and organization in which such confidential information was presented. I received an extensive profile of each nanny candidate prior to her coming to my home for an interview. Once each nanny arrived at my door, I was fully relaxed because I felt I already knew the person in front of me! That’s how detailed these profiles were. The process was made very easy for our family and within a matter of days, I hired the perfect nanny for our children!"

Anitra's experience working in a Queen Anne After School Program truly shines through as a professional Nanny!

“I am a very energetic, self-motivating, as well as a compassionate person. I love creating and inventing and look forward to making a new friend everyday no matter the age or creed. I have many goals in life however my main goal is to obtain a position in childcare as well as further educate myself in this field. My soul purpose for wanting to become a nanny is simply put, I love children. I have experience in childcare and I have to say that in my eyes there is nothing more heartwarming and gratifying than watching a child grow, taking part in his/her life in an influential way, and being someone they look forward to seeing every day. Children are the essence of life, filled with innocence and spirit, therefore everyday should be a new adventure for them! Having an occupation you get a joy out of doing is something rare and that is the main reason why I want to be a nanny and create a Queen Anne After School Program for the family I work for. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the nanny profession over any other, it would have to be because being a nanny is rewarding as well as beneficial. And I feel that you can learn a lot from a child, the most important lessons in life that can help us get along every day. There are very few professions that offer that quality. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over seven years and can honestly say I love and appreciate what I do! I feel the children are special in so many different ways regardless of their upbringing, nationality, or religion. My goal as a nanny is to help shape and form a child into someone who loves life and looks forward to learning and growing. A child who feels free to express his/herself and can always learn something new from others. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes laundry, light house cleaning, and preparing meals. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am funny, outgoing, joyful, optimistic, and creative. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include favorite game time, (Word challenge kick off) depending on grade level, art such as drawing, painting, outdoor observation, and photography. I would also like to incorporate homework assistance, bedtime stories, as well as reading in general. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a nanny like me I would hope they would be outgoing, as well as friendly, understanding, and compassionate.”

“I had the pleasure of employing her as a caretaker for my daughter for a little over three years. She is highly responsible and reliable as well as a wonderful friend to Melissa and they still keep in touch until today. During her employment, she developed a wonderful Queen Anne After School Program for my daughter. She was more than willing to help out with homework as well as school projects with both patience and a special way of providing certain sensitivity while helping her learn. Her creativity never ceased to amaze me as every day she worked with my daughter there was always a new game to play and a new adventure to discover.”

“In her position as a caretaker, Anitra did an extraordinary job with just about every task at hand and was nothing but reliable as well as compassionate and sensitive to the needs of our twin boys. She has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is very organized, can work independently, and is able to multi task. She was always willing to offer her assistance in any way around the house to ensure things would be copasetic after my husband and I came home from a hard day’s work. Anitra is a very warm and trust worthy person, genuine at heart and I full heartedly recommend her for any position with a Queen Anne After School Program she chooses to pursue.”

“I have been friends as well as a co-worker with Anitra for the past three years and it gives me great pleasure to write you this letter of recommendation. In her previous position as a Home Health Care provider, she has shown nothing but dedication and support to all her patients. She is efficient as well as competent and always stands for what she believes in. She has an excellent rapport with people of all ages. And in my experience of knowing her, I've witnessed her to have a kindle soul for both the elderly and children. In summary, I highly recommend her for the position of a Nanny in an Queen Anne After School Program.”

“I am writing this letter to recommend Anitra for the position of a full-time nanny in a Queen Anne After School Program. I have known Anitra for a number of years and consider myself to be a close friend; therefore, it thrills me to say that she is one of the best at everything she does. She not only loves to learn but enjoys teaching others what she's learned, and I have found her care giving skills such as CPR to be very helpful and necessary in everyday life. She has highly qualified skills from working with Alzheimer patients as well as people with dementia, so her patience and kindness run endless which is very much required when working with children. I would be glad to recommend her for this position.”

“I am happy to write this letter of recommendation to your Queen Anne After School Program. I have been friends with Anitra for some time now. Anitra has taught me skills which they do not teach in courses in home nursing, such as making a friend with those you care for and seeing your position as an opportunity and not a job. She has great communication skills as well as just being a wonderful person. I full heartedly suggest that you hire her because she rocks!”

“I refer Anitra for a position of a Child Care Provider in a Queen Anne After School Program because for all the years I have known her as a close friend and co-worker, I have not only been able to learn from her but also view her as an idol when it comes to caring for others. She has a very strong work ethic and always puts her best foot forward. She is extremely punctual as well as committed to her work. Based on her previous position as a Home Attendant, I feel that her skills will be very much needed in child care. Both patience and dedication go a long way in both fields and this is why she is fully recommended for the position.”
