Seattle child care professionals that have chosen a Permanent Full Time Live Out Nanny as their career pathway will oftentimes work 40 to 55+ hour workweeks and will generally earn $800 - $1200+ a week. They are paid on salary, or hourly depending on the family’s preference. They manage a wide range of activities throughout the day for your family; from engaging with the children to tending to household duties and running errands there isn’t much our first class nannies will not do! Their first priority is always the children! Our nannies come bright eyed and bushy tailed to start each day right; often times picking up exactly where mom and dad have just left off! Even choosing the right outfit for the day is not an uncommon practice for a nanny to help with! The array of services and the stimulating environment created is invaluable! If there are additional duties required such as light housekeeping they will always be second to the priority of the children, and will be specifically noted and discussed in the family’s registration and the Offer of Employment Agreement signed by each hiring family and their selected nanny. Hourly wages are customarily offered from $20-$25+/hr. Light benefits are commonly provided such as paid sick time and major holidays. Many of the duties and responsibilities reflect our Full Time representees with flexibility on both the family and nannies livelihood!

Permanent Full Time Live-In Nannies

Permanent Full Time Live In Nannies in Seattle are first class! They are on duty approximately 50-60+ hours per week! They are aware that working parents need time to get to and from work, and regularly have unique and challenging schedules. We’ve placed inspiring and motivated Live In Nannies who have cared for children, families, and homes far beyond a standard 40-45 hour week. Live in Nannies are paid a weekly salary versus an hourly rate. The salary range is often anywhere from $800 to $1200+ per week and room and board are provided. Each nanny will, at minimum, have her own separate bedroom and bathroom; occasionally additional living quarters are included. Some Live In positions provide a family vehicle to utilize for transportation to and from the childrens activities.
