“I am a highly motivated and diligent individual, brimming with enthusiasm and energy! I thrive on outdoor activities and prefer to remain active. The reason I aspire to be a nanny is my genuine affection for children and my belief that I can contribute significantly to a family. If I were to summarize in one sentence why I have chosen the nanny profession, it would be because of my enjoyment in working with children and my desire for an active role. Over the past 8 years, I have accumulated diverse childcare experience, including a stint at the Lincoln County After School Program, and I can confidently declare that I truly adore what I do! In my opinion, children are receptive, eager to learn, delightful, and innocent. My objective as a nanny is to safeguard, educate, and entertain them. Additionally, I am open to performing household tasks like cooking, cleaning, pet care, and laundry. Describing myself using five adjectives, I would say that I am trustworthy, reliable, dynamic, flexible, and kind-hearted. In terms of the daily routine I would propose for the family, I would include exercises, educational activities, and enjoying outdoor time on pleasant days. When envisioning the perfect family in search of a nanny like me, I hope to find a family with strong morals and principles, effective communication skills, and a fondness for an active lifestyle.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Dianna at the Lincoln County After School Program. Dianna's dedication and competence in teaching have been outstanding. She effortlessly adapted her teaching style to meet the diverse needs of her students, ensuring a smooth transition for all. I observed her classroom management skills, which she confidently employed using various techniques to establish herself as an authoritative and respected figure. Dianna's relaxed approach fostered an open and accepting environment, allowing students to readily engage with her. Her lessons showcased a range of effective teaching techniques, demonstrating her strong implementation skills. Dianna consistently adjusted her lessons to cater to the different learning abilities of her students, achieving great success in the process. In her interactions with students, parents, and colleagues, Dianna exhibited tact, courtesy, and genuine care for her students' well-being. She consistently went above and beyond to support their academic growth. Throughout her time at our high school, I have witnessed Dianna's remarkable growth as a teacher. On a personal level, she is a pleasure to work with, ensuring that everything is well organized and taken care of. Thanks to her exceptional qualities, both mine and the students' transition has been seamless. Dianna's strong work ethic and delightful personality will undoubtedly lead to her flourishing as a teacher.”

“Diana became a valuable member of the Lincoln County After School Program on her first day of school, seamlessly filling a position that was left vacant when a teacher accepted a job in another district. She quickly familiarized herself with the curriculum, the students, their backgrounds, and their learning needs, as well as the staff. Diana not only enhanced the existing curriculum but also introduced exciting activities and authentic assessments that deeply engaged our students. As the coordinator of the program, it is my responsibility to manage a team of around 15 staff members, keep them informed about school updates, facilitate professional development activities, and fulfill professional obligations. Diana never caused any concerns in this area. She was always present, punctual, and well-prepared for everything that was requested of her. Furthermore, she willingly volunteered for tasks such as open house and SLC activities. Diana demonstrated excellent classroom management skills, and her open and engaging style of interaction made her highly likable and approachable by the students, all while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. In addition to her teaching role, Diana also made valuable contributions outside of the classroom. She served as an assistant coach for our school swim team, frequently volunteered as a chaperone at school dances and events, supported the Lincoln County After School Program, and regularly attended student sporting events. Her enthusiasm for her job and genuine care for the students' well-being were palpable, creating a sense of safety in the classroom. As a result, students were motivated to please her. Losing Diana as a part of our staff will be a significant loss for our program, but it will undoubtedly be a great gain for any organization fortunate enough to hire her.”

“When discussing Dianna's interactions with the staff and student body at the Lincoln County After School Program, it is clear that she embodies qualities of a team player, open-mindedness, helpfulness, and professionalism. Dianna consistently offered her assistance whenever it was required, including supporting conflict resolution sessions and referring students to the appropriate staff member if the situation escalated. Her dedication to helping students excel was evident as she worked diligently with them to present their best work and reach their full potential. Dianna's calm and approachable demeanor made students feel at ease, encouraging open communication with her. Furthermore, she employed interactive and enjoyable teaching methods to engage her students in Social Studies. It was a pleasure collaborating with Dianna this academic year, and I wholeheartedly endorse her for any future employment opportunities.”
