10 Step Screening Process For Delaware Nannies

The 10 steps to become a Delaware ABC Nanny:

ABC Nanny Source recruits hundreds of nannies, and we have only a 20% acceptance rate among our applicants. We take great measures to be sure we are accepting only the best nannies! You can be sure that your Delaware ABC Nanny has gone through a rigorous process to get to your door.

Over-the-Phone Interview
	First impressions are crucial to interviews. How a person speaks and presents themselves over the phone is a very good indicator to how they will be in person. Many critical questions are asked during this first step of our screening process. It is only those who are deemed qualified that are asked to move on to phase two.
Face-to-Face Interview
	The second step to become a Delaware ABC Nanny is one that very few agencies require. It is frightening to think that some agencies send you candidates who they themselves have not ever met! ABC Nanny Source deems the face to face interview as most important in the screening process. Each candidate must meet with at least two different placement counselors during this interview. Prior employment, availability, and specific qualities are among the questions asked during this step.
Photograph
	Each Delaware ABC Nanny is photographed at the time of interview. This picture will be added to the nanny's profile, which your Placement Counselor will send to you prior to the nanny coming to your home for an interview.
Fingerprints on File
	ABC Nanny Source attains electronic fingerprints from each of our Delaware Nannies, and adds them to their profiles. Each family receives these fingerprints in the electronic profile of the candidate, which is sent to you prior to the nanny coming to your home to meet with you and your family. Electronic fingerprints on file is just another step in the extensive screening process each nanny must go through to ensure your family's safety!
One-Year Commitment
	It is crucial for children to have stability in their lives. This is why we require each of our Delaware ABC Nannies to sign a One-Year Commitment pledge, stating that she will dedicate herself to your family for a minimum of one year.
Drug Testing
	Each Delaware ABC Nanny needs to pass a 5 panel drug test done at a local Quest Diagnostics lab. The results of this test are sent to ABC Nanny Source within 24 hours upon completion. This is more criteria that will be provided to you prior to each nanny coming to your home for an interview.
Social Security Verification Trace
	ABC Nanny Source has every nanny undergo a social security verification trace, so that you can be sure of each nanny's citizenship and ability to legally work in the United States. This is another way ABC Nanny Source identifies only the most eligible Nannies!
MVR and Background Check
	ABC Nanny Source understands that transporting your children to and from activities or school may be a requirement for your position. Therefore, we provide you with each nanny's driving motor vehicle report, or MVR, prior to each nanny coming to your home for an interview. We also provide you with the nationwide criminal background report prior to each nanny coming to your home for an interview. We want you to feel secure in the knowledge that your potential nanny will be a safe driver, and will have a clean criminal background.
Reference Verification
	All of the references provided in each of the Nanny's profiles have been verified by our accomplished verification department. These references will include the ages of the children the nanny has worked with, typical hours the nanny has worked in the past, along with a detailed description of each reference's experience with a particular nanny. We will even include phone numbers and/or e-mails of each of these references so you have a way to contact them as well!
ABC Policy
	During the face to face interview, each of the Delaware ABC Nannies are made aware of our code of conduct. Each ABC Nanny is expected to dress appropriately, arrive promptly or early, and meet ethical standards of ABC Nanny Source in order to be accepted by the agency. This final step in the screening process is to guarantee each of our families that only the most elite nannies will be coming to your home!
