“Lisa worked as a paraprofessional in my self¬-contained special education classroom for two years. I have known her in a professional capacity, and have found her to be honest, reliable, dedicated, conscientious, and an integral member of our classroom! Lisa was assigned as a one on one assistant to a 1st grade boy with Downs Syndrome. Lisa worked individually with this child, and we saw such remarkable progress, both academically and socially. She was responsible for teaching this child the alphabet, number recognition, simple sight words, communication skills, and many other vital beginning learning skills. Lisa also changed his diapers and worked diligently on potty training. She took initiative in the classroom and went above and beyond what was expected of her! Her experience from her Sussex County Home Health Aide Job was a huge asset for us! She helped with art projects, correcting finished work, and always volunteered to assist the other students in my classroom. Lisa exhibited remarkable patience when dealing with my most disabled student. She has such a kind, calm demeanor, and this is why the students loved being in her presence! It is rare to find a person who is so positive and who wholeheartedly loves her job. Her unbelievable rapport with each child is commendable; therefore I would absolutely recommend her for any job involving children. She was an incredible asset to my classroom, and we sorely miss her.”

“Cassandra is a caring individual. I have recommended her for several jobs, in childcare, and also a Sussex County Home Health Aide Job because I believe that she is the right person for this type of work! Cassandra likes children and enjoys working with them and caring for them. She understands their needs and is patient, but also authoritative. I would definitely recommend her!”

“Christy worked for us as a Speech and Language Pathologist. She was wonderful to my 2-year-old son and I am thankful. During the time that Christy had been working with my son at her Sussex County Home Health Aide Job he showed improvements in speech and in confidence. She makes learning fun while maintaining and organized schedule. We feel lucky to have had her in our home. Christy has helped in the growth and development of our child and has taken the time to work with us and share suggestions for the proper education to continue our son’s growth. I am confident that her intelligence and maturity will be great assets in any job or organization.”

“Leah is a very sincere person who is very pleasant and kind to everyone. She spoke very professionally about her Sussex County Home Health Aide Job and the children she worked with, always trying to create a positive and enjoyable environment for everyone. She even took guitar lessons, to create a more enjoyable atmosphere for the children. Leah loves life, learning, and children. I would definitely recommend Leah for any nanny position or any position as a matter of fact, as I know Leah is dedicated to her work and would work very hard at being her best and performing to the best of her ability in any position.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Mandy in the capacity of her Sussex County Home Health Aide Job. I find Mandy to be sincere, compassionate, generous and committed to the job of meeting the needs of children seeking that special person to love them. It takes a special person to do this work, and I believe she is one of those special people. She has raised a beautiful daughter with the, same aggressive attitude about life with a commitment to achieving her dreams. In the routine of doing my job I have been in her home and have always felt welcomed. Mandy takes pride in her home and might I add that she is an excellent cook. Personally and professionally I feel that Mandy is a high achiever. She would excel at a nanny position. Hailing her as a part of your family would be a positive and welcomed addition.”

“For the past two years Sandra has worked with my eldest son, Anthony, her Sussex County Home Health Aide Job. My son is autistic, and twice a week Sandra comes into my home for several hours to work with my son so that the rest of the family can have a brief "respite" from caregiver responsibilities. Sandra mixes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and exercises that improve Anthony's life skills, with exercise and play that entertain him. She is one of his favorite therapists, and he routinely greets her with a warm anticipation not shown to others. Sandra is very reliable, friendly, and cooperative. She has a talent for working with autistic children, and is able to adapt her program readily to the schedule and needs of the family she is serving. I highly recommend Sandra for a Nanny position!”
