Full time live-out Nannies generally earn $600 to $800+ per week in addition to paid vacations, sick days, holidays and sometimes major medical insurance. The Nannies salary and benefit package is greatly based on their prior experience, qualifications and the position requirements.

This provides families with the backup they may need to be able to go away on a business trip or vacation themselves occasionally throughout the year without the worry that care will not be available for their children. ABC Nanny Source provides a full year access to our Temporary Care Nannies when they hire a permanent Nanny. We will provide each family with unlimited Temporary Care Nannies whenever needed for a nominal fee of only $25 per day. Hourly rates for part time Nannies are generally $15-$18 per hour.
