“Nancy has been an incredible force in starting up and operating the preschool! In her role as pre-school director at her Kent County Child Care Job, she created a nurturing, compassionate, and caring environment for her students and teachers. The preschool she created was simply second to none! Both my daughters have flourished mentally and emotionally as a result of attending the school. I am personally grateful to Nancy for hiring exceptional teachers who can love each child equally and unconditionally! The strength that stands out the most about Nancy is her caring nature and sense of humor. She demonstrates on a daily basis how to love and laugh, and through her, we have been blessed! I highly recommend Nancy for employment. She is a great teacher and would make a great asset to any organization.”

“Luann has been our nanny for the past four years. She is truly an asset to our family. I have two boys who are now five and eight that Luann has cared for at her Kent County Child Care Job. She has always been very responsible and I was never concerned about leaving my children with her. She is always on time every morning and has come in early and stayed late if I had asked her to. Luann has never even missed a day of work. My children truly care for her and enjoy her company. She has made friendships with other families in the neighborhood, which have continued, throughout her time with us. Luann is very caring, loving and responsible. She has always read the children stories prepared their meals and did their laundry. Her other responsibility’s have also included driving the children to their activities. I would highly recommend her to any family and I only wish that I could still have her as my nanny!”

“I am writing to recommend Elsie for any position where she will be caring for children. I know Elsie in her role at her Kent County Child Care Job caring for a four-year-old boy, Connor, and a 9-year-old girl, Ella. I was an instructor for a Parent-Tot class at the YMCA where met Elsie. During my time there, Elsie brought Connor to class early every week like clockwork. I was instantly impressed with her promptness. Through this class, Elsie and I became friendly and got to know each other’s children. Over the three years I have known Elsie, she has been trusted with my children. Her genuine love for children is reflected when she cares for Connor and Ella. The two of them regard her like she is part of the family. Elsie makes an honest effort to make play dates for Connor and to foster friendships to teach him interpersonal relationships. She values the outdoors and having kids play, which has shown in her expert knowledge of parks in our area. This is one of the ways our boys have solidified their friendship. Routines are created for the children throughout the day that are effectively balanced with playtime and rest. In addition, Elsie values solid nutrition for the children. Healthy lunches are packed for Connor that encourages him to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She teaches manners and discipline, and lovingly enforces social courtesies. When leaving my son with her, I tell her to "treat him like your own.” because of her fairness with Connor's discipline. She follows through on everything. We have come to know her as a got to "super nanny" tips! Families that have Elsie as part of their lives are incredibly fortunate. She has a strong work ethic and love for children. I would highly recommend her for a nanny position or any other caregiver position.”

“I haven know Caroline for the past two years through her Kent County Child Care Job. My six-year-old son is a friend of one of the children that Caroline has cared for. I have gotten to know Caroline very well over the past two years. We have been together for many play dates and I have had the opportunity to observe her with both of my children that she has cared for as well. Her caring and trustworthy personality makes her a wonderful nanny. I have left my son in her care on many occasions and have complete confidence in her. I would highly recommend Caroline for a nanny position. She is very dedicated to the current family that she is with, always carrying out the tasks that they required. Caroline would be a wonderful asset to any family considering her for a position!”

“I had the pleasure of meeting Diane when she was a nanny for my neighbor. Diane and I have spent lots of time together because my son and the little boy she watched at her Kent County Child Care Job were really great friends. I have gotten to know her really well and consider her to be absolutely wonderful at her job. Whenever we got together with the kids she always had fun and interesting things to do with them. She liked them to exercise their minds as well as their bodies. We would head to the local park to play or she would have arts and craft projects for them to do in the back yard. She kept the kids really busy all the time. The one thing that I really like was that there was always time for learning. The children loved story time a lot. I will greatly miss Diane but I know that she will make any family really happy!”
