“Luann did a fantastic job in fulfilling all of the requirements at her Kent County Childcare Job! I never had to worry when she was will the children. Her primary responsibilities were mainly childcare related. Her remaining responsibilities were related to other household duties, specifically when both children were in school. She was always very flexible and willing to help out. Luann was a pleasure to have in our home! She brought a wonderful mix of childcare knowledge, dependability and responsibility combined with a very loving and nurturing approach. I can honestly say my children love, love, love ‘Miss Luann’! We consider her an extended part of our family and still see her socially. Luann is always very flexible and willing to help out. We would still be using her if I had not quit my job!”

“Carrie was great with my daughter Samantha at her Kent County Childcare Job! Carrie took care of Samantha like she was her own child. Samantha loves Carrie a lot. She read books and played with her! Carrie was just very interactive with Samantha! Carrie was very dependable she was always on time for work and she was always flexible when I needed her to be. Carrie would be an asset to any family she works for!”

“We moved to the area and found it very difficult to find the right pre-school for our 2 and 4 year olds. We were looking for the best nurturing environment for our children to learn. Irene was the Director at the school we found, and impressed me at how much she cared for our transition of coming to the school and understood my difficult role of leaving my children in another’s care, and that of the children not being home with their mother. After beginning the school year, Irene consistently took it upon herself to understand my children and their individual needs at her Kent County Childcare Job. As a Director, she was also highly engaged and hands on in each classroom, involved in the teaching and learning or the children. Irene took on a role like no other, the ultimate teacher and nurturer of our children, but also an incredible leader of the parents and teachers. She bridged the gap for environment where our children were incredibly cared and loved for, and have equally excelled in their academic learning. All of the children not only care for, but also highly respect Irene! In addition, Irene met with me monthly helping me through the trying times of being a full-time working mother. In times that our children had behavioral issues at home; Irene was highly engaged in helping me work with my own children. She took it upon herself to assist not only in the classroom but in parenting as well! Irene has ultimately taught my children the importance of kindness, compassion, hard work, and the spirit of loving to learn. She is an exceptional leader and teacher, and any school would be blessed to have her as part of their staff and mission to teach children!”

“Juanita served as the director of our preschool at her Kent County Childcare Job. In this capacity she has directed a large staff of teachers and assistants as well as interacting with children and parents from all walks of life! As an educator, she combines an understanding of educational excellence with an understanding of an individual needs. Juanita is well loved by those who have worked with her, and greatly respected throughout this large congregation! In addition to the responsibilities of the Preschool, Juanita has been working on our Pastoral Staff, serving in the areas of counseling and general Pastoral care. She is a wonderful team player, working well with the men and women under her leadership as well as with those in authority over her. Juanita is very professional in appearance as well as in action! One of her strongest traits is that she is able to fit in to almost any situation or role with tact and grace so that she would be a good employee in any number of positions beyond the education field. My wife and I have known Juanita for 30 years and value her for her character, her honesty, and her integrity.”

If you see her with children, you immediately know your child is in good care. She inspires trust and confidence, motivates, and understands her student’s educational and emotional needs. We can confidently recommend Stacy for any nanny position!”

“Lucy has been our fulltime nanny for the past two years. She has had responsibility for our four children, who now range from thirteen to three, at her Kent County Childcare Job. She has been an asset to our family and a positive influence in our children’s lives. Our children are happy, well cared for and love “their Lucy”. They remain active and enjoy their time spent with Lucy. Lucy arranges play dates, that range from trips to local parks, zoo’s and getting together with their friends. She works with younger two children on simple academics and has helped prepare them for school. Lucy has been fantastic with our children and I just know that she loves children you can tell that she loves what she does. During the two years with us, her attendance has been perfect. She is always punctual in the morning and arranges for time off as soon as she is aware that she needs it. We appreciate all that she has done for our family she really has gone above and beyond her job. It is without hesitation to recommend her to care for your family!”
