“Roseanne has been and continues to be an outstanding member of our community in her Kent County Education Job. She is a dedicated professional teacher with whom I have complete confidence! I believe Roseanne will bring her many years of educational experience and training to our community to benefit our young people. In addition, I believe Roseanne is a person of high integrity and good character. I trust her with my own children to perform her duties as a teacher to the highest standards of our educational system!”

“Ellie was a full time aide in my fourth grade classroom. Although her responsibilities were to assist two students, Ellie involved herself with all the other students at her Kent County Education Job. Throughout the year, she continued to be encouraging, supportive, and at times very creative with the students! Her artistic talents helped the students rise to their potentials when it came to classroom projects and/or assignments. Ellie’s kind mannerism and constant eagerness to help out made her an asset in my classroom. Her understanding of children’s needs comes naturally to Ellie! She is also bilingual, which makes her an excellent source for any family considering teaching their child a second language at the beginning learning stages of their lives! What a great skill to have and share! Ellie is a caring woman that would make a wonderful nanny to any child and family!”

“During the three years she taught English as a second language at our Columbian school, Anna was a pleasure to work with! I had the opportunity to watch her grow and develop as a person and teacher. She had great experience from her Kent County Education Job but also knew she had plenty of room to learn and grow as an educator. As a person she gained self-confidence, independence, and poise. Proof of this was shown when she held a workshop to share some of her favorite classroom games with other teachers. As a teacher, she was always reliable and caring, and incredibly dynamic and well-focused. There were always high levels of student participation in her classroom! She received two prizes for excellent teaching in one year – this is how wonderful she is! I highly recommend her!”

“Lucy is a person who I know to be very energetic, sweet, and protective around children! Here in the building, we have a children’s daycare center of about 60 children. Every year for Halloween, Lucy would go to her Kent County Education Job in a costume and joyfully wait for the children to go trick or treating! Everyone could see how happy she was to do this. She has a teaching background, and I believe this makes it much more fun for her. She is unique, creative, honest, and full of spirit! I have no hesitation in recommending her as a caregiver!”

“Karissa is a natural with children! She has the perfect balance of love, patience, and discipline. She always fulfilled all of the job requirements that I gave her. I hired her because of her great experience at her Kent County Education Job and I knew that she would be an asset to my son’s education. She even asked me if it was okay to teach my son Spanish when he was 2 years old! Needless to say, he is now bilingual! Karissa was the best childcare provider I ever had, and my son loves her to this day!”

“I have known Lynn for the last 12 years at her Kent County Education Job. During this time, I have known her as most caring and loving, especially towards children. She always takes her responsibilities serious and does an excellent job working with children and their families. Not only does she have the necessary qualifications to work with children but she also has made it a lifelong commitment to help and work with children from all backgrounds and diversities. She has worked with infants, toddlers, young children, as well as teenagers nationally and internationally through her travels to different countries! She has also worked with local state agencies and with schools and community based organizations to further education, improve living standards, and care for children of all ages. Lynn will certainly be a great asset to your organization and I recommend her without hesitation to any organization that has the education and improvement of young children as their goal.”
