“Lori loves children! We trust her implicitly. She is very competent, and believes in early childhood education as well. She is responsible and she also follows directions well and even suggests helpful tips. A fellow church parishioner with twins recommended Lori for a New Castle County Live-In Nanny Job. She has been our main childcare provider ever since, and the boys seem very comfortable with her. She is responsible and level headed, and reliable. We would definitely recommend her, and will continue to use her to sit for us as long as she is available.”

“Marina worked for me at her New Castle County Live-In Nanny Job for two years. I found her to be honest, hardworking, and very caring. Marina left my employ only because I stopped working to stay home with my child. She had remained a friend to our family, and especially my daughter. I would recommend Marina for any childcare position. She is very professional and extremely capable in any situation.”

“I have known Ana for nearly four years and was impressed with her from the very beginning. We met in at a music education program for young children when my son was nine months old and the little boy for whom she currently cares for at her New Castle County Live-In Nanny Job, Connor, was one year old. As a new mother, I was impressed with how well Connor behaved during class. While my little one would not sit still, Ana had firm behavioral expectations for Connor that he followed. Ana allowed Connor to run around and be silly when it was appropriate, but Connor also knew when it was time to sit, listen to the music and be calm. Being the mother of a grown daughter, having twelve years of experience as a nanny and having grown up in this area, Ana possesses a unique combination of experience that helps to enrich the lives of the children for whom she cares. She knows what types of activities are good for children and encouraged the family to enroll Connor in a variety of activities including music, swimming lessons (where she was an active participant in the pool with him) and a children's sports class at the local YMCA. I've participated in all of these classes with Ana, Connor and my son and can honestly say that we've all enjoyed taking them together. In addition to the formal activities, Ana is committed to ensuring that Connor and Ella, his sister, have plenty of play time outside in the fresh air and sunshine. We have been playing at parks with Ana, Connor and Ella since my son could walk and I am so thankful that I have a friend who also values children playing in nature. Ana knows which parks are the best for certain age categories and also has an incredible ability to remember when they tend to get busy with older kids, which ones have shade in the Summer and which ones are not muddy after it rains. While I tend to be late to our play dates, I can always count on Ana to be extremely punctual. In the summer, she ensures the children wear sun block. When we have picnics, Ana makes sure the children wipe their hands with antibacterial wipes or gel. Furthermore, she packs the children nutritious lunches including sandwiches made on whole grain bread as well as fruit. Ana is an outgoing woman who is able to easily befriend other mothers and caretakers with whom she interacts. I appreciate this quality in Ana and credit her for the relationship that we have developed with mothers in our area. Ana truly serves as the glue that binds our group together. The group is comprised of moms with young children who are close in age to Connor. We all share similar interests as well as discipline styles. I can count on Ana’s call on Monday morning when she begins to organize the week for Connor including play dates at people's homes, picnics at the park, trips to the zoo or a special trip to McDonald's. Thanks to Ana's influence, I am confident that the friendships that our children and we have developed will endure in the years to come. Also, while I may not see Ana as frequently in the future because she has taken another position, I know that we will remain friends and continue to get together. Clearly, Ana loves Connor and Ella through the thoughtful and compassionate care she provides to them on a daily basis. Any family would be lucky to have Ana as their nanny. If a family is looking for someone to engage their children in formal and informal activities as well as provide them with loving care, then Ana is the perfect candidate. From my four years of knowing Ana and seeing how she interacts with both Connor and Ella, I would highly recommend her for a Nanny position.”

”Olivia has done a great job for our family at her New Castle County Live-In Nanny Job! The children enjoy being with her, and I have the greatest confidence that they are well cared for when they are with her. She has a great relationship with my children. She is hands on and has been a joy to have involved with our children! She enjoys doing things with them like going to the movies, boardwalk, aquarium, chuck e cheese, and the beach. She is a nice blend of fun, teacher, and disciplinarian. We are happy to have Olivia. The children are happy too!

“Bonnie was always prompt, made sure the children were well feed and followed our family rules that are set for our girls. She was very flexible for the various hours we required from her at her New Castle County Live-In Nanny Job. Bonnie was a kind-hearted, caring provider for my children who always has a smile on her face! She was like a part of our family! I certainly recommend her to you!”
