“I have had the opportunity to get to know Lisa both personally and professionally, she was a wonderful asset to our Technology Department at her New Castle County Teacher Job and a great friend. She was always pleasant and open to answer any questions that the parents may have had regarding what their children were learning in class whether it was about Compass Learning or internet programs she was teaching or the Fourth Grade cookbook. Her ability to connect with each student, and understanding each student’s specific needs, was absolutely incredible. Her patience and kindness is one of her many assets. Lisa was always reliable and has a wonderful rapport with people of all ages, especially children. Her ability to connect with her students and her talent at teaching simple concepts, as well as more advanced topics, are both truly superior. Every class that came to her Computer Lab would always greet Mrs. Bolton with a hug or a high five and end the same way. .If hired, there is no doubt that your will feel especially pleased to have her on your team. I highly recommend Mrs. Bolton to you without reservation.”

“Elizabeth has been a teacher in my full day kindergarten classroom. Elizabeth has welcomed and successfully taken on the many challenges facing her in the kindergarten class at her New Castle County Teacher Job. Elizabeth’s organizational skills have been demonstrated in her ability to teach the class in a whole group setting, as well as in smaller groups such as during Guided Reading instruction. She was able to differentiate instruction in a variety of subject areas so that she could meet the needs of her students. She also engaged the children in interviewing and writing for our class newspaper. Her awareness of the state standards and curriculum, along with her flexibility allowed her to adapt her teaching meet the needs of the students. Elizabeth has established and maintained an environment for learning where the students feel safe, valued, and respected. She accomplished this by setting clear expectations for student behavior and instituting routines. Elizabeth exhibited the drive to do her best at all time, and not settle for anything less. I highly recommend her.”

“I had the privilege of working with Emily at her New Castle County Teacher Job. I interacted with Emily several times a week, teacher her students Health and Physical Education. During this time Emily demonstrated perseverance and determination. She came to Thomas Edison Charter School as a first year teacher, and has blossomed to an independent, hard-working educator! Emily and I have collaborated on creating behavior modification plans in the classroom, as well as a Physical Education setting. Aside form using integration in her lessons; she has assisted me in integrating Kindergarten curriculum into Health and P.E. lessons. Emily utilizes several positive incentive programs for her students, encouraging them to do their best at all times! She creates an environment of respect, fairness, and consistency for all students, and interacts with parents and other staff members in a way that displays confidence. Emily’s ambition to achieve her goals and objectives make her a great asset to any team. I strongly recommend Emily!”

“I had the privilege of serving as a Supervisor for Lorraine during her New Castle County Teacher Job at our Elementary School. She taught third grade under the tutelage of her classroom teacher. I took particular note of the following during my times of interacting with Lorraine and observing her student teaching: She is a person of highest integrity and ethical behavior. Lorraine has a sensitive, caring and cooperative spirit as exemplified in her working relationship with her students. She developed very good rapport with her students. She interacted well with all of them and she managed student behavior effectively. Lorraine consistently wrote lesson plans that connected well with the Pennsylvania K-12 Academic standards. She worked creatively with essential questions. She gave attention to equitable learning opportunities for all students, such as giving extra attention to several students who needed prompting during story time. She worked hard at getting al1 students to respond at some point during her lesson. Lorraine was creative in her teaching. For example, for a lesson on grammar she had the students toss a Nerf ball among themselves, asking the student who had the ball to give an example of a simple subject, simple predicate, complete predicate or compound subject. She tied her lessons well with previous learning, reinforcing and expanding upon what the students had learned in earlier lessons. Lorraine used visual reinforcement effectively by using white board and flip chart to reinforce the students' learning 1 greatly enjoyed my time of observing Lorraine's teaching and seeing how positively she interacted with her students and her classroom teacher. Lorraine is well-positioned to become a highly successful in a childcare career and I am happy to recommend her! She is a person of integrity who interacts well with the children and is quite sensitive to their needs. I am certain she will be an excellent nanny who will be able to teach the children many things.”

“I have known Carol for 10 years through her New Castle County Teacher Job. She is an extraordinary teacher! I have observed her on several occasions working with the children and have found her rapport genuine and almost magnetic! She is continually stretching to increase her knowledge of behavioral approaches, as well as her curricular ideas. She is gentle, yet firm. She is a model of the behavior she expects! Children seem to love Carol! I highly recommend this applicant for employment!”

“Lydia was my son's first preschool teacher. She did a wonderful job with him and the class at her New Castle County Teacher Job! After the year had ended she started watching my children for me when I needed a sitter. She is very kind, and I know her on a professional and personal level. We have become good friends, and I still ask her to watch my children. She is always on time and very respectful. She is thoughtful, and very gentle in nature. Lydia is very good with getting the children to paint and color, read books and play board games. She keeps the house tidy as well. I feel blessed to have her to depend on. She is kind, professional, patient, responsible and dependable. I highly recommend her for a nanny position!”
