Sussex County Nanny Job:

Full Time: Monday through Friday (2:00pm-8:00pm)
Children: 3-year-old girl and 2-year-old boy
Salary Offering: $500-$600/week, Based on Experience
Note: Ella has a developmental speech delay in which she receives speech therapy for. She also receives occupational therapy and physical therapy. However, anyone on the street would never know she has any kind of delay.
Children's Activities: My children LOVE music and we go to a music class once a week. They love going outside for walks or to the playground. Now that it is getting warmer they enjoy playing in the kiddie pool and the sprinkler. They have a great sense of humor and love to play with their toys and act silly and make them talk, etc. They enjoy going on play dates with two of my friends, and they enjoy walking around stores if it is raining or cold out.
Position Description: I am looking for someone to help me manage the kids and to go on activities with them. I need to have someone one else with me at the playground or at museums because one will go one way and the other will run in the other direction. I am looking for someone to play and entertain them while I do things around the house. Twice a week, the nanny will just be taking care of Brendan while I take Ella to speech therapy. Twice a week I leave the house and do shopping and other things I cant do with the kids. For the most part though, I am around and very present. This is why I find it very important that the nanny and I get along well. The nanny will also be responsible for giving baths and helping me put the kids to bed.

PARENT REQUEST:

"I would like to have someone who adores children, is patient, kind, compassionate and non-judgmental. I would like to have someone full of energy and someone who is not afraid to get down on the kids level and play silly games and do silly activities. I would like to have a nanny who has worked at a Sussex County Receptionist Job and is very organized and will communicate well with me. I am hoping that my nanny and I will become close and we will form a good working relationship. I hope that once the nanny becomes comfortable in our home that she thinks of it as her home as well."

“I met Alana four years ago as a dedicated employee at her Sussex County Receptionist Job and have remained friends with her for all those years. I am able to say that I look up to her for all her hard work with the children that live in the neighborhood. Alana is efficient, extremely competent; she is committed, responsible and trustworthy. She experiences with a wide variety of backgrounds and cultures have afforded her the ability to assess and be sensitive to each individuals needs as a result have earned her a reputation of having a great rapport with the community at large. I highly recommend Alana!”

“Melissa has cared for our 5 year-old son for four years since he turned 10 months old. She watched him three times a week on days that she wasn’t working at her Sussex County Receptionist Job. Melissa is reliable, kind, affectionate and a great listener. She is also well versed in child development. She related to our son in such a delightful way. Melissa knows how to structure time well, but is also flexible and always came too our home on time. She was as comfortable helping our son through a preschool workbook as she is creating art projects. We feel fortunate to have had Marie in our home. We are convinced that our son owes much of his positive development to her presence. Her approach to caring for Norbert complemented our parenting well, as she respects our personal philosophies while being confident enough to independently make decisions regarding our son.”

“I can't say enough about Irena – she basically raised my older children while working on a full time basis for five years, and then part time when we moved and I only worked part time and she started at a Sussex County Receptionist Job. She was fully in charge of my home during the earlier years (laundry, child care, cleaning, whatever I asked her to do) and then helped me with evening hours and weekend work as the children got older and mostly as I finished my residency in radiology and started to work part time. I have 3 children, Lauren, Cliff and Dylan who are now 18 years old, 15 years old and 9 years old. Irena is hardworking, honest and trustworthy! She has raised her own 3 children (who are all amazing) while working with me. She is wonderful!”

“Karissa has been a volunteer for over 4 ½ years in the two and three year old class. Her commitment and time at this position is highly valued. She generously gives us her time even though she is also busy with her Sussex County Receptionist Job. Karissa is responsible for preparing lessons to present to the class using a teacher guide, and arriving early and being prepared to greet the children as they enter the class. She must also oversee all the classroom activities, maintain order, address any disciplinary issues, give direction to one or two other volunteers, and dismiss the children to their parents at the end of the class. I have been extremely satisfied with Karissa as a member of my team and I highly recommend her for the position of nanny. Karissa has shown that she is punctual and reliable by consistently arriving on time or early. She is very patient with the children and maintains a positive attitude. She is very resourceful in finding ways to interact with the children and keep their attention during the classroom lesson. She is very energetic and is a lot of fun to be around!”

“I have known Annabeth in a personal and professional capacity through her Sussex County Receptionist Job for over a year and have found her to be honest, reliable, conscientious and trustworthy. Annabeth has cared for our two children, who are 3 and 4 years old, from time to time. Her responsibilities included tending to the boys, driving to and from activities and light housework. I am confident Annabeth will prove to be an asset to your household!”

“I have known Lisa for 11 years through her Sussex County Receptionist Job and have found her to be a very reliable and honest person! She has a very nice and sweet personality. I have seen her care for two children and she is very responsible. She really gets involved with the kids and gets down on their level. Working with children is something that she loves to do! The kids love her very much! She even taught them Spanish! Lisa has a key to my house and I trust her very much. I am confident that she will prove to be an asset to any family and their household! I recommend her for a nanny position."
