“I am a highly motivated and hard-working individual who possesses an abundance of energy and enthusiasm! I thrive on being active and revel in the beauty of the outdoors. The reason I have chosen to embark on a career as a nanny, among all other professions, is because I find tremendous joy in working with children and engaging in energetic endeavors. With over 8 years of diverse childcare experience, including my time at the esteemed Carroll County After School Program, I can confidently say that I am passionate about what I do! In my eyes, children are impressionable, eager to learn, enthusiastic, amusing, and pure-hearted. As a nanny, my mission is to shield, educate, and entertain. I am more than willing to take on household chores which comprise cooking, cleaning, caring for pets, and attending to laundry. If I were to depict myself in five distinct adjectives, I would describe myself as trustworthy, reliable, lively, laid-back, and kind. The daily routine I map out for the families I care for will undoubtedly involve engaging in physical activities, incorporating educational pursuits, and embracing the great outdoors when the weather permits. In my ideal scenario, the family seeking a nanny like myself would possess strong moral values and principles, possess excellent communication skills, and thoroughly enjoy leading an active lifestyle.”

“I had the privilege of working with Dianna at the Carroll County After School Program, where she demonstrated exceptional teaching skills and made the students' transition seamless. My observations of her teaching show that she not only possesses an excellent grasp of the subjects she teaches, but also has the flexibility to adjust her teaching style to cater to the diverse needs of her students. Dianna has a firm command of classroom management techniques, earning the respect of her students and establishing herself as an authority figure. Her professional rapport with the students is evident, as they readily accept her as their teacher and feel comfortable opening up to her. Dianna's teaching methods are varied and well-executed, showing her confidence in lesson implementation. She effortlessly adapts her lessons and styles to suit the different learning abilities within each class, with great success. Her interactions with students, parents, and colleagues are always tactful and courteous, reflecting her genuine care for her students. Dianna goes the extra mile to support her students, dedicating additional time and effort to help them achieve academic success. Throughout her time at our High School, I have witnessed Dianna's growth as a teacher. Working alongside her, I am always assured that everything is in order and taken care of. Her exceptional qualities have made both my transition and the students' transition smooth. Dianna's hard work and wonderful personality will undoubtedly propel her further as an outstanding teacher.”

“Diana seamlessly joined our team at Carroll County After School Program on the first day of school, filling an unfilled position left by a teacher who accepted a job in another district. Immediately, she acclimated herself to the curriculum, students' backgrounds, learning needs, and the staff. Beyond that, Diana went above and beyond by incorporating additional activities and authentic assessments into the existing curriculum, which deeply engaged our students. As the coordinator, my responsibilities include organizing a staff of approximately 15 individuals, ensuring they are up-to-date with school developments, conducting professional development activities, and meeting professional obligations. Not once did Diana pose a problem in this aspect. She consistently attended all meetings, arrived on time, and came prepared for all tasks assigned to her. Additionally, Diana willingly volunteered for extracurricular events such as open houses and SLC activities. Her exceptional classroom management skills were evident, as students embraced her open and engaging style of interaction while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. Moreover, Diana's dedication extended beyond teaching. She served as an assistant coach for our school Swim Team, frequently chaperoned school dances and events, supported the Carroll County After School Program, and regularly attended student sporting events. Her enthusiasm for her job and genuine concern for our students' well-being radiated through her actions. It was evident that Diana genuinely cared about our students and their best interests, which greatly contributed to her commanding presence in the classroom. Students felt secure under her guidance and were motivated to excel. Losing Diana as a part of our staff will undoubtedly be a significant loss for us at Carroll County After School Program. However, her departure will be a tremendous gain for any future organization that has the privilege of hiring her!”

“Dianna's interactions with both the staff and student body of the Carroll County After School Program evoke words such as team player, open-minded, helpful, and professional. When assistance was required, Dianna was always ready to lend a helping hand. She actively supported me in conducting conflict resolution sessions and then redirecting students to the appropriate staff member if the issue escalated. When working with students in the program, Dianna displayed a genuine commitment to helping them showcase their best work. She would diligently work with each student, striving to help them reach their full potential. Dianna's relaxed and approachable nature also made students feel at ease when speaking with her. Moreover, she employed interactive and enjoyable lessons in an effort to engage her students and sustain their interest in Social Studies. It was a pleasure collaborating with Dianna this school year, and I wholeheartedly endorse her for any future employment opportunities.”
