What Will Our North Carolina Nanny Agency Do For You?

In order to provide you with the best service possible, it is crucial to maintain constant communication between your family and your counselor. Once you have completed the online registration form and signed the ABC referral agreement, you will be promptly assigned a placement counselor. They will then conduct a personal consultation with you at your convenience, during which they will review your entire family application. Your counselor will pay attention to every detail, from your schedule consistency to any allergies your child may have, the presence of pets in your home, and any other languages spoken. Any information you provide will help us find the ideal candidates for your family. Your counselor will keep you updated on the progress and ensure that we are meeting your expectations. Rest assured that this constant communication is essential for our North Carolina Nanny Agency to deliver exceptional service.

Upon selecting your preferred nanny, your placement counselor will provide you with their profile. Additionally, they will send you a standardized "Offer of Employment Letter" that can be modified according to your preferences for the NC nanny. Once you have made your decision, we will inform the chosen candidate about the position. Once the candidate accepts the offer, their profile will be immediately removed from the available candidates' database, ensuring they are not presented to any other families. At this stage, an ABC staff member will compile a hard copy of the nanny's profile for your records. It will be sent to you by certified mail within a few days. The comprehensive electronic profile will include clearances, certifications, reference letters, identification copies, contact details, email address, emergency contact information, and a one-year commitment pledge. It will also incorporate the modified "Offer of Employment Letter" and the nanny's signed acceptance of the offer.

After your nanny begins her role, your placement counselor will promptly contact your family to ensure that everything is going according to plan. Moreover, your placement counselor will remain easily accessible for any inquiries you may have related to your nanny, including matters like salary increases, bonuses, time off, or any other concerns that may arise. At ABC Nanny Source, our placement counselors are dedicated to providing continuous assistance to both our families and nannies, striving to exceed any initial expectations you may have had.
