What Will Our New Mexico Nanny Agency Do For You?

To ensure that our New Mexico Nanny Agency provides you with the best service, it is crucial that there is constant communication between your family and your counselor. When you complete the online registration form and sign the ABC referral agreement, you will be assigned to a placement counselor who will conduct a personal consultation at your convenience. During this consultation, your counselor will go through your entire family application and address any clarifications needed, such as your schedule consistency, any allergies your children may have, pets in your home, additional languages spoken, and any other information you want to share. This information will help us promptly find the ideal candidates for you. Your counselor will stay in touch and provide regular updates on the progress. The continuous communication between your family and the counselor is vital in ensuring our agency provides you with the best service.

In addition to providing you with the selected nannies' profiles, your placement counselor will send you a standard "Offer of Employment Letter" which can be customized to accurately convey your preferences to the chosen nanny. Once you have made a decision on which nanny to hire, we will proceed to present the position to the candidate. As soon as she accepts the offer, she will be promptly removed from the pool of available candidates and will no longer be considered for other families. Subsequently, an ABC staff member will compile a hard copy profile for your family records, which will be mailed to you via certified mail within a few days. The complete electronic profile will include clearances, certifications, letters of reference, identification copies, contact details, emergency contact information, email address, a one-year commitment pledge, the Offer of Employment letter, and the signed offer of acceptance.

After your nanny starts working, your family will soon be contacted by your placement counselor to ensure everything is going well. Throughout the placement period, your placement counselor will remain readily available for any questions or concerns you may have regarding your nanny, including pay raises, bonuses, vacations, or any other inquiries that may arise. At ABC Nanny Source, our placement counselors are dedicated to providing ongoing support to our families and nannies, exceeding any initial expectations you may have had.
