“I am a highly motivated and hard-working individual who exudes high energy and enthusiasm! I thrive on being active and embracing the outdoors. My passion for children and belief in my ability to contribute significantly to a family is why I have chosen to pursue a career as a nanny. Over the past 8 years, I have gained valuable childcare experience, including working at the Grant County After School Program, and I can genuinely say that I love what I do! I find children to be open-minded, eager to learn, exciting, fun, and innocent. As a nanny, my objective is to ensure their safety, provide education, and entertain them. I am also willing to assist with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, caring for pets, and doing laundry. Trustworthy, reliable, active, easy-going, and kind are five adjectives that aptly describe me. In crafting the daily plan for the family I care for, I plan to incorporate various activities such as exercise, educational endeavors, and spending quality time outdoors on nice days. Ideally, the perfect family seeking a nanny like me would embody strong morals and values, possess effective communication skills, and enjoy an active lifestyle.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Dianna at the Grant County After School Program, where she displayed exceptional teaching skills. Dianna effortlessly guided the students through their classes, ensuring a smooth transition for them. As an observer, I noticed Dianna's outstanding teaching abilities. She demonstrated deep subject knowledge and a remarkable adaptability in her teaching style, catering to the diverse needs of her students. With a firm grasp on classroom management, Dianna effectively employed a range of techniques to maintain control. Moreover, she was able to establish herself as an authority figure, earning the respect of her students and maintaining a professional rapport with them. Dianna's relaxed approach allowed the students to readily accept her as their teacher and open up to her. Her lessons incorporated various teaching techniques, which she executed with confidence. Dianna effortlessly tailor-made her lessons and teaching styles to accommodate the diverse learning population in each class, and this approach proved to be successful. Her interactions with students, parents, and peers were always characterized by tactfulness and courtesy, reflecting her genuine care for her students' well-being. Dianna consistently went the extra mile to support her students and invested additional time and effort to help them achieve their goals. Throughout her time at our High School, Dianna has shown tremendous growth as a teacher. On a personal level, she is a joy to work with, and I have complete confidence that everything will be in order when I enter the classroom on my assigned days. Thanks to all these qualities, both I and the students experienced a seamless transition. Dianna's hard work and exceptional personality will undoubtedly enable her to flourish as a teacher in the future!”

“Diana became a valuable member of the Grant County After School Program right from the start. When a teacher left us unexpectedly, Diana seamlessly filled the position, quickly adapting to the curriculum, students' backgrounds and needs, and the rest of the staff. She not only incorporated the existing curriculum but also introduced engaging activities and authentic assessments that immersed our students in their learning. As the coordinator of the program, part of my responsibilities include organizing a team of approximately 15 staff members, keeping them informed about school updates, facilitating professional development activities, and ensuring they meet their professional obligations. Diana never posed any issues in this area. She was always present, punctual, and well-prepared for any task assigned to her. She willingly volunteered for additional responsibilities, such as participating in open house and student-led conferences. Diana's classroom management skills are exceptional, and she effortlessly connects with her students through her warm and engaging style of interaction, while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. Beyond her teaching duties, she also served as an assistant coach for our school's Swim Team, contributed as a chaperone at various school events, assisted at the Grant County After School Program, and regularly attended student sporting events. All these activities demonstrate her genuine commitment and care for her students, and it is evident in the positive atmosphere she creates in her classroom. Students feel safe in her presence and are motivated to excel. Losing Diana as a member of our staff will be a significant loss for us, but whoever hires her will undoubtedly benefit from her passion for her job and her unwavering dedication to the students' best interests.”

“When discussing Dianna's interactions with both the staff and student body at the Grant County After School Program, the words "team player," "open-minded," "helpful," and "professional" immediately come to mind. Dianna consistently demonstrated her willingness to assist others whenever needed. She actively supported me in conducting conflict resolution sessions and appropriately directed students to the appropriate staff members if the situation escalated. When working with students in the program, Dianna exhibited genuine dedication to helping them showcase their best work and worked diligently with each student to help them fulfill their potential. Dianna's relaxed and approachable nature created a comfortable environment for students to freely communicate with her. Through her engaging and enjoyable lessons, Dianna consistently sought to captivate her students' interest in Social Studies. It was a true pleasure collaborating with Dianna throughout this school year, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of a hired professional.”
