What Will Our Vermont Nanny Agency Do For You?

Ensuring our Vermont Nanny Agency provides you with the best service, constant communication between your family and your counselor is vital. Upon receiving your completed online registration form and the signed ABC referral agreement, you will be promptly assigned to a fantastic placement counselor. This counselor will conduct a personal consultation with you at your convenience, going over the entire family application. They will seek clarification on various aspects, such as consistent schedules, allergies, pets, spoken languages, and any other details you wish to share. This information will help us send you the ideal candidates promptly. Your counselor will then be in touch again soon with an update on the progress.

Once you have selected your preferred nanny, your placement counselor will provide you with a standard "Offer of Employment Letter". This letter can be customized according to your preferences before being presented to the chosen nanny. Once you have made your decision, we will inform the selected candidate about the position. As soon as the candidate accepts the offer, she will be removed from our database and will no longer be considered by other families. To maintain proper documentation, a printed profile of the nanny will be prepared and sent to you via certified mail within a few days. The electronic profile will include various documents such as clearances, certifications, letters of reference, identification copies, contact information, email address, one year commitment pledge, the Offer of Employment letter, and the signed acceptance of the offer of employment.

After your nanny has started, your family will receive a follow-up from your placement counselor to ensure everything is going as expected. In case you have any questions or concerns regarding your nanny, such as pay raises, bonuses, vacations, or any other inquiries, your placement counselor will still be readily available for you. At ABC Nanny Source, our placement counselors strive to provide ongoing support to our families and nannies, exceeding any initial expectations you may have had.
