ABC Nannies must commit to a one-year pledge, and the agency provides families with a one-year guarantee in case the hired nanny does not work out; however, you are not obligated to continue her salary if you no longer need nanny services for any reason, such as relocation, job loss, or a parent's decision to stay at home. Is there any kind of training involved in becoming a Nanny in WV?

All applicants must possess a valid CPR Certification before they can be accepted into the ABC Nanny Source database. It is a requirement set by us that every applicant has a valid CPR Certification prior to their acceptance into our database.

How does the one-year guarantee work?

Part-Time Live-Out Nannies, who provide assistance for weekly needs ranging from 25 to 39 hours per week, can be obtained at a cost of 16% of the Nannies expected gross salary, with a minimum fee of $2800.
