“As an individual who is highly motivated and hard-working, I bring forth a high energy and enthusiastic approach. My preference for an active lifestyle and appreciation for the outdoors has fueled my desire to become a nanny. Working with children is something I truly enjoy, and I believe I have a lot to offer to any family. If I had to pinpoint one reason for choosing the nanny profession over any other, it would be due to my enjoyment of working with children and engaging in various activities with them. With over 8 years of experience in childcare, including a role at the Madison County After School Program, I can confidently say that I am passionate about what I do. In my eyes, children are open-minded, eager to learn, and full of excitement and innocence. My goal as a nanny is to ensure their safety, facilitate their education, and provide entertainment. Furthermore, I am more than willing to assist with household chores such as cooking, cleaning, pet care, and laundry. When describing myself, five adjectives come to mind: trustworthy, reliable, active, easy-going, and kind. In terms of the daily plan for the family I care for, I would strive to incorporate activities that promote exercise, educational growth, and outdoor exploration on beautiful days. If asked to describe the ideal family seeking a nanny like myself, I would hope for a family with strong moral values and high standards, excellent communication skills, and a shared passion for an active lifestyle.”

“Diana seamlessly joined the Madison County After School Program on the first day of school after a teacher from another district left us with an unfilled position. She effortlessly filled that role and immediately acquainted herself with the curriculum, students, their backgrounds, learning needs, and the rest of the staff. She not only incorporated the existing curriculum but also enhanced it by introducing immersive activities and authentic assessments for our students. As the coordinator of the program, my responsibilities include organizing a team of approximately 15 staff members, ensuring they are informed about school developments, conducting professional development activities, and meeting professional obligations. Diana never posed any issues in this regard. She was consistently present, punctual, and fully prepared for all assigned tasks. Additionally, she willingly volunteered for activities such as open house and SLC events. Diana's classroom management skills are exceptional, and her warm and engaging interaction style resonates well with the students while maintaining a professional boundary. Apart from her teaching responsibilities, Diana also served as an assistant coach for our school's Swim Team, frequently participated as a chaperone in school dances and events, assisted at the Madison County After School Program, and regularly attended student sporting events. Her dedication to her job and genuine concern for students' well-being is evident, which is why she effectively commands her classroom. The students feel secure under her guidance and are motivated to please her. It will be a significant loss for our staff to lose Diana, but anyone who hires her will undoubtedly experience a tremendous gain.”

“When it comes to the Madison County After School Program, Dianna is a remarkable individual who embodies qualities such as being a team player, open-minded, helpful, and professional. She consistently showed a willingness to lend a helping hand whenever it was needed. Additionally, Dianna actively participated in conflict resolution sessions and expertly directed students to the appropriate staff members when issues escalated. Her dedication to assisting students in presenting their best work was genuine, and she worked tirelessly to help them reach their full potential. Dianna's calm and approachable demeanor made students feel at ease when communicating with her. Moreover, she employed interactive and engaging teaching methods to facilitate the students' interest in Social Studies. Working alongside Dianna this school year has been an absolute pleasure, and I wholeheartedly endorse her for employment with anyone seeking her exceptional skills.”
