Steps to Register, Interview and Hire an ABC Nanny

1. Request a personalized Nanny Search
Use the link below to submit your family registration and provide details of your needs.

2. Consultation with ABC Placement Counselor.
After registration, anticipate a thorough consultation to evaluate your family needs and determine Agency/Family suitability.

3. Request has been approved and Search is Initiated.
Once the search request has been approved, the Terms of Service Agreement will need to be signed and a VALID credit card will need to be put on retainer. Although no fee will be due at this stage, a temporary authorization will be placed on the credit card provided to verify the payment method is viable for services being requested. During the search your Placement Counselor will keep in close communication with you as she is speaking with candidates on your behalf.

4. Review Recommended Nannies for suitability.
Nanny Profiles and Interviewer Assessments will be provided to you as your Placement Counselor is speaking with candidates on your behalf. You will be given an opportunity to decide which nannies you feel most interested in, so your Placement Counselor can focus on the candidates you feel most drawn to after reviewing their credentials.

5. Time to meet, interview and orient your favorite nanny.
Select the nanny you feel will be best suited to your family by approving the corresponding Intent to Hire Agreement that outlines the schedule, compensation and paid time off. Once she accepts, she will be reserved for your family and will no longer be sent to other ABC families. At this point the agency fee is due and can be broken into four installments or paid in one lump sum to receive a 10% discount. If you choose the installment option, 25% of the agency fee is due immediately and the remainder of the fee will automatically be paid in 3 equal installments starting 30 days after the acceptance date. If for ANY reason you don't feel it's a perfect match, you are free to release her and choose a different nanny. Although unlikely, you can do this as many times as you need to during this 365-day Guarantee period without incurring any additional fees.
