“I am a hardworking, fun-loving individual who loves children! I am very kind, caring, and honest. Family is very important to me so I am very excited to start working with a new family and build strong relationships. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because family is very important and a Nanny becomes part of a family and can influence a child’s life in amazing ways. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over five years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel the children are amazing! They can teach us new things all the time, and new ways to look at things. It makes me so happy to see a child discover something new and love it! Children are so innocent and have an amazing curiosity for learning new things and developing into wonderful young people. My goal as a Nanny is to build a strong relationship with the family I care for. I would like to become a dependable, trustworthy member of a family and be responsible for caring for the children. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes cleaning and straightening up around the house, doing laundry, helping with schoolwork, and taking care of pets. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am hardworking, honest, caring, fun, and loyal. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include quiet time with the child(ren), play time, and any other activities the family would like. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be a close-knit, fun family.”

“Our twin boys were enrolled at the center Chelsea worked at and Chelsea was responsible for their care and well-being for most of that time. We interacted with Chelsea on a daily basis so we can speak to her character and attitude. More importantly, we saw the results of her direction and attention and because of that we can speak to her ability as a childcare professional. Prior to the center, our children had never been exposed to “day care” life so we weren’t sure how they would adapt or how we would adapt, for that matter. It was not until the arrival of Chelsea that we truly felt as ease with the center. She possesses all of the characteristics that I mentioned above and exceeded our expectations. We were extremely pleased with the improvements in the behavior and temperament of my twins as well as the overall development that they experienced while under her care. Further, our boys went from feeling content to being excited about attending the center and we have no doubt that is due to the level of attention and kindness that Chelsea gave my twins during that time. Chelsea was always present and timely; we can’t recall a day when she was our sick or running late. She always seemed in control while maintaining a gentle demeanor. She is helpful and assertive, always eager to step up and lend a hand. Chelsea’s kindness, trustworthiness and professionalism make it easy for us to recommend her as a Burlington County Live Out Nanny, without reserve.”

“When I had my son, Chelsea proved to be an invaluable resource! Throughout her high school career, Chelsea was a bright and thoughtful student who was always available to assist me with my son. I liked that Chelsea was CPR certified and with a Burlington Nanny Agency and was very hands on with my son. I have always felt very comfortable leaving my son in her care, and find her to be a very trustworthy individual. I am pleased to say that I have remained in close contact with Chelsea throughout the years. She has proven herself to be a hardworking, conscientious and dependable young woman! I am confident that she would be an excellent addition to any family as a Burlington County Live Out Nanny!”

“Chelsea’s demeanor impressed me. She was calm, composed, pleasant, and able to hold a conversation with me and other adults. At first, she served as a Mother's Helper, visiting my daughter while I was at home doing chores. I only expected her to play with my daughter and to keep her occupied. However, she surprised me by her ability to care for all of my daughter’s needs without being asked; and she always asked questions if she wasn't sure about any issue surrounding Katherine's care. Soon, I asked Chelsea to care for my daughter while my husband and I were not at home. I distinctly remember being embarrassed to admit to friends that Chelsea was so young; but she was unusually mature and reliable, so I quickly grew to depend on her. Ultimately, she cared for my daughter on a weekly basis during the day, allowing me the opportunity to run errands and complete other tasks. Through the years, I always could count on Chelsea to follow my childcare directions and to keep my daughter safe. She demonstrated good judgment when handling problems. After a couple of years, my niece (who has special needs) came to live with us for a year. Chelsea was not fazed or frazzled and was able to care for both girls competently and regularly. She always was prompt, followed our house rules, kept things neat, and watched the same videos and played the same games over and over and over with a good attitude. I think she would be the perfect nanny! As a former prosecutor, I am concerned about the safety of children in particular. I personally can vouch for Chelsea's integrity: she is trustworthy, responsible, and loves children. I recommend her wholeheartedly as a Burlington County Live Out Nanny!”
