In need of a Cape May County Special Needs Nanny? ABC’s nannies like Alyssa, who have extensive experience working with children of all different ability levels, are exactly what your family needs!

"I loved being around children. I am currently an assistant group supervisor in a daycare for the 3 year old class and I absolutely love it. I am fun, energetic, loving, and responsible. I would like to be a nanny because I feel it will give me a closer bond with the child and I would like to be able to help the children see learning as fun. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because I love children, I am around them every day, all day, and I would love to be able to find the perfect family to be matched to! My friends ask me before anyone else if I would like to watch their children. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for several years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel the children are looking for a positive role model to show them fun and also understand their needs. My goal as a Nanny is to have a close bond, and expand the minds of the children with knowledge. I am willing to do housekeeping at the children requests that includes vacuuming, laundry, and light cooking. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am fun, loving, responsible, caring, and understanding. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include possible outdoor activities, such as parks, playing outside, some water play, sand, projects, and learning of course!. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Cape May County Special Needs Nanny like me I would hope they would be a fun, loving, and outgoing family that wants the absolute best for their child/children."

“I would recommend Alyssa without hesitation for any position in childcare. She has been an aide in my son’s class as well as a Cape May County Special Needs Nanny for my family. She has a wonderful relationship with the children and is always warm and engaging. Our son can be difficult to re-direct at times and she has been great at calming him and engaging him in alternate activities.”

“Alyssa watched my children and helped me around the house. She ran errands and did chores with kindness and enthusiasm. She went above and beyond for me and my children at all times. I worked a job with long hours and it was wonderful having someone it my life who was dependable and motivated. She is amazing and I am happy to recommend for a nanny position. Anyone would be lucky to have her in their life as their Cape May County Special Needs Nanny!”

“She has been caring for our 2 sons and eldest daughter since they were infants. Aly is bright, reliable, and affectionate. She is also well versed in child development and has a natural affinity toward children. She relates to our children in such a delightful way, turning practically everything into a fun game. Aly knows how to structure time well, but is also flexible. She is well organized and always will go out of her way to help in any way possible. She even is comfortable helping our children through creating art projects out materials found in our home. We feel fortunate to have had Aly in our home! We are convinced that our children owe much of their positive development to her presence. Her approach to caring for Gia, Nicholas, and Anthony complements our parenting well, as she respects our personal philosophies while being confident enough to independently make day-to-day decisions regarding our children. I believe that Alyssa will be a great addition to anyone’s family!”

“She has cared for my three children numerous times. Aly is responsible, reliable, and very prompt! She has so much experience caring for children that I never had to leave her instructions when she came into my home. She had an excellent rapport with my children; they listened to and respected her, and they loved playing with her! Ashley is a wonderful childcare provider, and any family would be fortunate to have her as their Cape May County Special Needs Nanny!”

“Aly is wonderful with children! One of the best things about her was her ability to come to my home on time and on short notice. I work long hours and there were times I called her in the middle of the night because I needed help with my childcare due to my work schedule. Aly would show up promptly with a smile on her face. She is sweet and good hearted, and very passionate about the work she does with families! She was the best nanny I have ever had because of her motivation and dedication to my family. In addition to childcare, she ran errands, did chores, and helped me with cooking. It was a huge relief to me to have her at home when I was working. I am so thankful for her, and I know she’ll be the perfect Cape May County Special Needs Nanny for your family.”
