Families seeking a Hudson County Special Needs Nanny love our ABC Nannies like Alexandria who prefers to keep children active as often as possible.

“I love working and being around children! Being a Hudson County Special Needs Nanny would allow me to begin working with children and caring for their needs, whether that is simply preparing meals or helping with homework. I grew up in a home where family was important and giving back to people was something that I've learned early on and still do. I'm a very outgoing and upbeat person and I love to experience new things. I want to use my skills and do something that is rewarding and beneficial to not only the children, but also their parents and myself. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other if would have to be because I get to work with children and have a career that is unique, challenging and different every single day. I have been serving in some form of childcare for over five years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel the children are interesting, but they also are teachers as well because each one is special and has something different to offer. Children need to know that am here and I care about their well-being. My goal as a Nanny is to provide for the children the needs that are required, whether that is to drop them off to school, or feed them lunch. I want to make sure that they are safe when they are in my care. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes children’s laundry, preparing meals, and helping them tidy up the play areas. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am trustworthy, responsible, compassionate, intelligent, and calm. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include being active. Staying fit is important, so I would want to incorporate some type of physical activity, whether it be playing at the park, or swimming in the summer, to games in the backyard. I would want reading to be a part of their day as well because books encourage children to use their imaginations. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be trustful, outgoing and kind. I would hope they were reasonable and understanding at the same time. I'd want them to be a hands on family. I'd want them to be fun and happy people who love their children and want the best for them!”

“I would absolutely recommend Alexandria for another Hudson County Special Needs Nanny position. My two girls just adore her! I can always rely on Alexandria to be punctual and reliable even if it is last minute. She has a true passion for working with children of all ages. The only reason why she is leaving is because my youngest child is going to be attending full time school. I don’t think I could have found anyone else that was better suited for my family than Alexandria. She definitely went above and beyond and I couldn’t have asked for a better childcare provider than that.”

“Alexandria was an excellent Hudson County Special Needs Nanny! She was very good with my children and I was always confident in her ability to handle any situation that might arise. Alexandria is a wonderful and intelligent young woman that any employer will be delighted to have. She is very personable and has a great attitude towards work and life in general. I have had only positive and enjoyable experiences with her!”

“Alexandria did a wonderful job in our home! She was great with our daughter. Alexandria fed Allie her lunch, went for walks/outings, and put her down for her nap. She was responsible and reliable. I think Alexandria would be a great asset to any family that hires her as a Hudson County Special Needs Nanny! I feel the overall experience was a pleasant one. She was professional, courteous, and practical. She has a pleasant sense of humor and connects easily with children!”
